Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a lens mount driving apparatus, and more particularly, to a lens mount driving apparatus for preventing stable movement and backlash when driving a lens mount using a motor.
A conventional lens mount driving apparatus is disclosed in FIG. 1, and with reference to FIG. 1, a first bearing 8 and a second bearing 7 between a first frame 1 and a second frame 2. The shaft 4 is installed, and the first and second bearings 7 and 8 hold both ends of the shaft 4 and allow the shaft 4 to rotate. One end of the shaft 4 is fixed to the first frame 1 with a nut 7, and the step motor 3 is fixed to the first frame 1 with a screw. A coupling 6 is provided to allow the rotational shaft and one end of the shaft 4 to be coupled. In addition, the shaft 4 is fitted with a lens mount 5 to which the lens is fixed, and when the step motor 3 is rotated, the shaft 4 is installed to move the lens mount 5 to which the lens is attached. It is. Therefore, when the step motor 3 rotates, the shaft 4 is rotated so that the lens mount 5 is converted into a linear motion of a ball screw to move the lens mount 5.
However, such a conventional lens mount drive device may cause backlash depending on the degree of engagement of the rotational shaft of the drive motor with the gears of the end of the ball screw, and the force of the lens mount is transmitted by the extended shaft. When the motor and the lens mount are far away, the lens mount movement is unstable.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a lens mount driving apparatus for preventing backlash by integrating a motor and a lens mount to solve the above problems.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a lens mount driving apparatus in which the lens mount and the step motor are integrated so that the lens mount can have stable movement regardless of the position.
In the lens mount driving apparatus of the present invention for achieving the above object, a guide rail provided between the first frame and the second frame, a rack provided on the upper portion of the guide rail, and a lens is attached to the upper portion and attached to the guide rail. 2 to 4, the operation of the preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.
A guide rail 22 having a predetermined length is provided between the first frame 20 and the second frame 21, and a guide groove 23 is formed in the guide rail 22. The rack 26 is provided above the guide rail 22, and the lens 24 is provided above the lens mount 25. The lens mount 25 has a rectangular space 29 in the center of the interior. A step motor 27 is installed at the center of one side of the lens mount 25, and a dummy member is installed at the center of the other side of the lens mount 25 to balance weight with the step motor 27. Two pinions 30 are formed on the rotation shaft of the motor 27. The two pinions 30 may be integrally formed. A guide protrusion 31 fitted into the guide groove 23 of the guide rail 22 is provided inside the lens mount 25. The guide protrusion 31 is inserted into the guide groove 23 of the guide rail 22 to support the lens mount 25. The guide rail 22 and the rack 26 pass through the space 29 of the lens mount 25 and are installed on the first and second frames 21 and 22. Therefore, when the step motor 27 is rotated, the two pinions 30 installed on the rotation shaft of the step motor 27 mesh with the racks 26 to change the rotational motion into linear motion. When the two pinions 30 are engaged with the racks 26, the two pinions 30 prevent the backlash by differently forming a gap between the gears to be engaged. When the two pinions 30 integrally formed on the rotation shaft of the step motor 27 are engaged with the rack 26, the guide protrusions 31 of the lens mount 25 are guide grooves of the guide rail 22. Since the lens mount 25 moves along 23, the lens 24 can be stably moved to a desired position.
As described above, in the present invention, the pinion and the rack integrally formed on the rotation shaft of the step motor are engaged to move the lens mount according to the rotation of the step motor so that the lens mount can be stably moved with the same driving force regardless of the position where the lens mount moves. There is an advantage to prevent.
