Claims (1)
- 전로에서 용강을 정련하고 이 용강을 진공탈가스설비의 진공조로 환류하면서 탈탄 및 탈산처리하여 C:0.008%이하, P:0.020%이상을 함유하는 무방향성 전기강을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 전로 취련종료시점에서의 용강온도를 1640-1660℃로 하고, 탄소(C)함량을 0.07-0.11%로 하여 출강하는 단계;상기 용강의 환류개시후 7분이내에 산소상취를 개시하여 탄소를 탈탄하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 인성분을 함유한 무방향성 전기강의 정련방법.
