PURPOSE: A communication network accident monitoring apparatus is provided which is capable of efficiently performing a forest fire monitoring by early detecting an accident and grasping a source of the accident. CONSTITUTION: In a communication network accident monitoring apparatus, an operation controller(5) controls operations of total devices and performs a signal processing. A sensor(12) senses a temperature of a forest fire or an object. A communication section(2) transmits a temperature information of a forest fire according to a control of the operation controller(5). A power supply(9) supplies a power for operations of the total device. An additional section(1) includes an anemoscope for obtaining an exact direction of wind with respect to the location thereof, an anemometer for obtaining an exact velocity of wind with respect to the location thereof, a pluviometer for obtaining the exact amount of rainfall with respect to the location thereof, and a speaker for transmitting information to mountaineering persons.
