Abstract

본 발명은 인체에 무해한 수용성 세라믹 에폭시 도료에 관한 것으로 통상의 에폭시수지 조성물에 비하여 인체에 유해한 성분을 함유하지 않으면서 항균은 물론 물의 신선도를 장기간 지속시키는 새로운 차원의 도료이다.

무독성 세라믹 에폭시도료 {Unharmful ceramic epoxy paint or pigments}
본 발명은 인체에 무해한 수용성 세라믹 에폭시도료에 관한 것으로 특히, 인체에 유해가 없는 성분으로만 구성되어 항균은 물론 물의 신선도를 장기간 유지시키는 에폭시 도료에 관한 것이다.
국내공개특허공보 제94-7138호에서 항균성 에폭시도료의 효율적인 경화 또는 점착력을 위해 제시하는 통상의 경화제, 통상의 도막형성제, 통상의 안료에는 인체에 유해한 성분이 함유되지 않음을 보증하지 않는다.
또한 국내공개특허공보 제94-7138호에서 제시하는 SiO2, MgO, Ag, Al2O3, Zn, Cu등의 무기항균제가 합성제품이 아닌 천연옥을 분쇄하여 추출함을 보증하지 않는다.
본 발명의 목적은 통상의 항균성 에폭시도료에는 항균성 에폭시도-료의 효율적인 경화 또는 점착력 유지를 위해 사용된 통상의 경화제, 통상의 용제, 통상의 도막형성제에는 인체에 유해한 톨루엔, 메탄올 페놀계수지등 유독물 성분이 함유되어 있으므로 이러한 유해 요소를 제거 환경 친화적인 새로운 차원의 무독성 세라믹 에폭시도료를 제시하는 것이다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 에폭시수지에 천연옥을 분쇄해 얻는 세라믹항균제를 에폭시수지 중량대비 20%혼합한 후 천연착색원료를 중량대비 3%-4%를 혼합한다.
전술한 기술 내용으로부터 자명하듯이, 본 발명의 무독성 세라믹 에폭시도료는 인체에 무해한 성분만으로 구성되어 환경 친화적인 새로운 개념의 무독성 세라믹 에폭시도료.

Claims (1)

  1. 에폭시수지에 천연옥을 분쇄하여 얻는 SiO2, MgO, Ag, Al2O3, Zn, Cu등의 세라믹항균제를 함유한 주제와 폴리아마이드수지 경화제를 4 대 1 비율로 혼합하여 이루어진 에폭시수지 조성물.
