Claims (2)
- 고온의 용강을 담는 용기의 온도를 측정하는 온도 측정장치에 있어서,상기 용기의 내면과 하부(101)의 밑면이 동일면을 이루도록, 상기 용기의 구멍에 삽입되는 몸체부(100)와,상기 몸체부(100) 축심의 밑면에서 순차적인 높이를 갖게 두께 깊이방향으로 배치된 다수의 온도센서(110, 111)들을 포함하며,상기 온도센서(110, 111)들은 열원으로부터 동일한 거리에 떨어진 상기 뭄체부(100)의 밑면에서부터 온도분포를 측정하므로써, 상기 몸체부(100)의 온도분포와 동일한 상기 용기의 두께 깊이방향의 온도분포를 시간에 따라 연속적으로 측정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도센서(111)들은 상기 열원에서 발산되는 방사광(radiant light)을 감지하는 광섬유로서, 상기 몸체부(100)의 두께 깊이에 따른 광의 휘도를 전기신호로 변환하는 광센서(112)들과 전기적으로 접속되며, 상기 광센서들(112)에 전달된 상기 용기의 두께 깊이방향의 온도분포를 시간에 따라 연속적으로 측정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 측정장치.
