Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a therapeutic device for the treatment of luminal diseases, and more particularly, to a luminal disease treatment device capable of directly irradiating infrared and far-infrared radiation to a diseased part of the lumen.
In general, infrared rays have a strong penetrating ability to penetrate deep tissues and are used for heat therapy. Far infrared rays are known to be effective for the activation of living organisms and the promotion of blood circulation and metabolism.
Conventional infrared therapy device is known, but it is used for skin diseases or cosmetics, and the range of irradiation is usually wide. Therefore, the infrared ray therapy device of the prior art has a wide range of irradiation and is not suitable for intensive irradiation treatment of any one area. In particular, when a patient's disease occurs in the lumen, this type of infrared therapy device cannot be used effectively. Such lumen diseases include prostate disease, anal disease, vaginal disease, oral disease, nasal disease, ear canal disease, and the like.
In the present invention, the treatment device is configured to be inserted into the lumen, so that the irradiation of the infrared radiation to the diseased areas in the lumen and the far infrared radiation with the irradiation of infrared radiation to double the effect of the treatment.
To this end, according to the present invention, a control circuit board having a lamp socket installed inside the main body serving as a handle is provided, and a treatment device in which an infrared lamp is connected to the lamp socket is provided. The outside of the lamp is also thin and elongate like the shape of the infrared lamp, and it is fixed to the body by covering the transparent cover made of synthetic resin with its tip closed in a hemispherical shape. It is characterized by the configuration.
Further, according to the present invention, the cross section of the transparent cover is cylindrical or in the form of a corrugated cross section, and the far infrared radiation coating layer is formed continuously on the inner surface. In addition, the transparent cover is in the form of a corrugated cross-section and the inner surface may be discontinuously alternately in each end portion to form a far-infrared radiation coating layer. In addition, according to the present invention, the outer surface of the transparent cover cap may have a cylindrical shape and the inner surface of the corrugated cross section.

1 to 3 show a first embodiment of the present invention, in which a control circuit board 12 having a lamp socket 14 mounted therein is built in a body 10 having a handle, and a lamp socket 14. The thin and long infrared lamp 16 is connected and supported by the main body 10, and the outer side of the infrared lamp 16 has a thin and long transparent cover cap 18 made of synthetic resin, like the shape of the infrared lamp 16. The lower end is fixed to the main body 10. In this embodiment, the transparent cover cap 18 has a cylindrical shape in which the tip portion 20 is closed in a hemispherical shape, and several through holes 22 are formed around the lower end portion supported by the main body 10. On the other hand, the inner surface of the transparent cover cap 18 is coated with a transparent far-infrared radiation coating layer 24 of a far-infrared radiation substance. In the control circuit embedded in the main body 10, an external power source for driving it and turning on the infrared lamp 16 is applied through the cord 26, and this power source is switched by a conventional switch 28.
Such a therapeutic apparatus of the present invention is used to configure a thin and elongated transparent cover cap (18) to a size that can be inserted into the lumen area required to treat the disease. Before use, the infrared lamp 16 is turned on so that infrared light is emitted. In thermal therapy, infrared lamps with infrared radiation having a wavelength of 760 m to 3,000 m are used. When the infrared lamp 16 is turned on, the infrared rays in the wavelength range are radiated, as well as fever due to the redness of the filament, thereby increasing the effect of the thermal therapy during the proximity therapy. During the treatment, the transparent cover cap 18 in which the infrared lamp 16 is turned on is inserted into the lumen where disease treatment is required. Infrared radiation and heat generated by the lighting of the infrared lamp 16 are not only useful for the heat treatment as mentioned above, but also the far-infrared radiation coating layer coated on the inner surface of the transparent cover cap 18 by the heat of the infrared lamp 16 ( Actively activate the far-infrared radioactive material of 24) to release a large amount of far-infrared rays from it. As is well known, far-infrared light stimulates blood circulation, promotes the activation of human cells, and keeps metabolism smooth. Therefore, when using the treatment device of the present invention can be expected to close the area of the disease generated in the lumen area, the effect of heat treatment by infrared rays and the activation of biological tissues by far infrared radiation. The through hole 22 formed in the transparent cover cap 18 allows the expanded air to be discharged to the outside when air in the space between the infrared lamp 16 and the transparent cover cap 18 is expanded by heat. Since the distal end portion 20 of the transparent cover cap 18 is formed in a hemispherical shape, it is possible to smoothly insert the treatment device into the lumen.
The therapeutic apparatus of the present invention may be used to treat diseases of the lumen, such as the nasal cavity or the ear canal, when the size of the transparent cover cap 18 is reduced along with the infrared lamp 16.
4 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the transparent cover cap 18 of the first embodiment is modified. That is, the transparent cover cap 18a of this embodiment has a cross-sectional shape that can be inserted into the lumen smoothly. There is an advantage to focusing on research.
Fig. 5 shows a modification of the second embodiment of the present invention, in which the far-infrared radiation coating layer 24 coated on the inner surface of the transparent cover cap 18a of the second embodiment is modified. In this embodiment, the far-infrared radiation coating layer 24 is not continuous, and the far-infrared radiation coating layer 24 is discontinuously formed alternately across the inner surface of the curved part 30 one by one on the inner surface of each curved part 30 of a wavy cross section. This embodiment is advantageous when the far-infrared radiation material constituting the far-infrared radiation coating layer 24 is of an opaque or translucent nature. That is, when the far-infrared radiation coating layer 24 is opaque or semi-transparent, when it is entirely coated on the inner surface of the transparent cover cab 18a, the infrared radiation coating layer 24 is blocked because the infrared radiation emitted from the infrared lamp 16 is blocked. It allows the infrared light to pass through the unblocked part without blocking.
Fig. 6 shows a third embodiment of the present invention, in which the transparent cover cap 18 of the first embodiment is modified. In this embodiment, only the inner surface of the transparent cover cap 18b is formed in a wavy cross section. This will have the effect of emitting infrared and far infrared rays. This effect has a concept opposite to that of the second embodiment of the present invention.
As described above, the present invention is configured in such a way that the therapeutic device can be inserted into the lumen, thereby enabling the intensive irradiation of infrared rays to the diseased areas of the lumen, and the far infrared rays are radiated with the irradiation of the infrared to double the effect of treatment. Gives.
