Abstract

PURPOSE: A construction materials composition using waste lime and preparation method thereof are provided which reuse an environmental pollutant generated as a by-product and produce the composition having improved insulating and water proofing properties. CONSTITUTION: A construction materials composition such as brick, block, paving block, boundary stone, a telegraph pole, a hume concrete pipe, a built-up type construction panel comprises 40 to 50 parts by weight of waste lime, 5 to 15 parts by weight of waste molding sand, 30 to 40 parts by weight of sand, and 10 parts by weight of cement. A preparation method of the composition comprises mixing 40 parts by weight of waste lime with 10 parts by weight of waste molding sand in a mixer and blending the mixture with 30 parts by weight of sand, and 10 parts by weight of cement.
