Claims (3)
- 고분자 음이온과 단백질을 접합시킨 단백질 복합체를 전도성 고분자의 도판트로 함을 특징으로 하며 다음의 일반식으로 표시되는 글루코스 센서.R은 전도성 고분자, SO3 -는 고분자 음이온, GOD는 단백질
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전도성 고분자는 폴리피롤(Polypyrrole), 고분자 음이온은 2-아크릴아미도-2-메틸프로판술포닉산(AMPS), 단백질은 글루코스 옥시다아제(GOD)인 것을 특징으로 하는 글루코스 센서.
- 전도성 고분자와 단백질 복합체를 결합시키는 방법에 있어서, 전도성 고분자의 농도는 0.2M, 단백질 복합체의 농도는 0.1wt/용매부피, 용매는 8㎖의 증류수로 4℃의 온도, 10분 동안 0.8V의 전압에서 전기화학적 중합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글루코스 센서의 제조방법.
