본 고안은 전두부 제조장치에 관한 것으로서, 종래에는 고열의 두유와 응고제를 작은 포장용기에 각각 별도로 투입교반하여 포장함에 따라 완제품을 얻도록 하므로서, 교반과정에서 두유가 용기밖으로 튀게 되므로 비위생적이고 교반이 제대로 이루어지지 않아 불량발생률이 높으며 저장기간 또한 짧은 등의 문제점들이 지적되고 있었던 바, 본 고안은 교반조(4)와 증숙조(6), 두유저장조(20) 그리고 포장기(58)가 부설된 콘베어벨트(50)를 제어용 컴퓨터(62)가 제어토록 하여 전두부를 제조토록 하되 두유저장조(20) 일측 상부에는 응고제저장조(28)를 부설하고 그 내부에는 교반기(18)와 외부의 압축기(34) 및 응축기(36)와 연결된 코일형 냉각파이프(32)와 교반기(18)를 설치하여, 응고제와 충분히 교반된 냉각두유를 포장용기에 투입포장토록 하므로서 작업이 위생적이고 불량발생률을 줄일 수 있으며 또한 응고를 겸한 고온살균 후 완제품을 얻도록 하므로서 장기보관이 가능한 유용한 고안인 것이다.The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a frontal tofu, and in the related art, soy milk and coagulant of high heat are separately put into a small packaging container, and then packaged separately to obtain a finished product, so that the soy milk splashes out of the container during the stirring process, which is unhygienic and properly agitated.
