Abstract

PURPOSE: A healthy fermented liquor is provided to obtain an anti-cancer effect by adding various herb dried in shade and fermenting at high temperature followed by aging at low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A fermented liquor production method comprises: drying the leaf, trunk, flower, and seed of the herb in shade; adding 0.5-10 wt% of dried herb in production process of the fermented liquor; then fermenting at high temperature of 18-45°C for 3days; filtering then heating at 60°C for 3-10 minutes; and aging at low temperature below 12°C for 48 hours.
