Abstract
본 고안은 자동차의 자동 시트슬라이딩장치에 관한 것으로 시트의 전후 슬라이딩거리를 확장시켜 탑승자에게 넓고 안락한 실내공간을 제공하기위하여 상부레일과 하부레일에 각각 렉기어를 형성하고, 모터로부터 동력을 전달받는 피니언기어가 이들 렉기어사이에 형성되며 상부레일 또는 하부레일의 종방향으로 길게 롤러고정부재를 형성하여 일정한 간격으로 롤러가 형성된다.The present invention relates to an automatic seat sliding device for automobiles, and to expand the front and rear sliding distances of the seats, to provide occupants with a spacious and comfortable interior space, respectively, to form a rack gear on the upper rail and the lower rail, and to receive power from the motor. 본 고안은 모타를 이용한 시트슬라이딩장치에 있어서 시트의 슬라이딩이 상부레일의 한쪽끝이 하부레일의 반대쪽끝까지 이동될 수 있도록하여 전후시트간의 거리를 자유롭게 확장할 수 있게하고, 전방의 시트등받이를 완전히 수평으로 눕혀편안한 휴식을 취할 수 있게함이 목적이다.According to the present invention, in the seat sliding apparatus using a motor, the sliding of the seat allows one end of the upper rail to be moved to the opposite end of the lower rail, allowing the distance between the front and rear seats to be freely extended, and the front seat back is completely horizontal. 종래의 자동 시트슬라이딩장치가 모타로부터 동력을 전달받는 피니언 기어가 상부레일의 중앙부위에 위치하며 상부레일 및 하부레일의 렉기어와 맞물려 전후슬라이딩을 하도록하고 있으나 이러한 경우 피니언기어가 하부레일상의 앞 뒤 끝쪽으로 이동하면 레일케이스 내부에 형성되어 원활한 슬라이딩을 돕는 볼베어링이 레일밖으로 이탈되는것을 방지하기위하여 더 이상의 슬라이딩동작이 일어날 수 없게끔 형성되어있어 전후시트간의 거리확장 및 단축에 제한이 있으며 이로인하여 전방의 시트의 등받이를 완전히 수평으로 펼 수 없는 단점이 있었다.In the conventional automatic seat sliding device, the pinion gear, which receives power from the motor, is positioned at the center of the upper rail, and engages with the rack gears of the upper rail and the lower rail to perform the front and rear sliding. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 고안을 첨부한 도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 본 고안은 제1도와 같이 상부레일(2)과 하부레일(4)에 각각 렉기어(5)(5')를 형성하고, 모타(1)의 동력을 전달받는 피니언기어(3)를 이들 렉기어(5)(5')와 맞물리게 상부레일(2)의 측면에 형성된 구멍과 부시(10)를 통과하여 고정시키며, 상부레일(2) 또는 제6도 및 제7도에서와 같이 하부레일(4)의 가운데 종방향으로 길게 롤러고정부재(7)를 형성하여 일정한 간격으로 롤러(8)를 형성하여 피니언기어(3)의 회전으로 상부레일(2)의 전후 슬라이딩이 부드럽게 이루어짐과 동시에 상부레일(2)의 한쪽끝이 하부레일(4)의 그 반대쪽 끝까지 완전히 활주될 수 있도록한다. 그리고 렉기어(5)(5')전체에 슬릿(6)이 형성되어 피니언기어(3)가 렉기어(5)(5')의 일부가 아닌 전체에 회전될 수 있도록한다.When the present invention for realizing this described in detail according to the accompanying drawings as follows.
