Claims (2)
- 중량%로 탄소:0.4-0.7%, 실리콘:1.8-2.1%, 망간:0.6-0.9%, 산소:0.0015%이하, 인:0.01%이하, 황:0.01%이하를 함유하고 나머지 철 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 조성되는 강 빌레트를 15±5℃/min의 가열속도로 765±10℃의 온도범위까지 가열하고, 이어 5±3℃/min의 가열속도로 845±10℃의 온도범위까지 가열한 후 10±5℃/min의 가열속도로 990±10℃의 온도범위까지 가열하여 30-60분 유지한 다음 선재압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링용강 선재의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 선재압연은 선재의 선경이 16mm이하가 되도록 행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
