Claims (1)
- 적어도 모형 프로펠러나 선박과 같은 시험 대상을 장착하여 유속과의 각종 반응상태를 측정하는 시험 관측부를 구비한 순환식 캐비테이션 채널과, 에어 컴프레서의 공압을 제공하는 가압 공기펌프 및 감압 진공펌프를 통하여 유체를 상기 시험 관측부에 가압 및 감압시키는 압력탱크를 포함하여 이루어진 순환식 캐비테이션 채널의 미세 압력 조절장치에 있어서,상기 압력탱크 내부에 내장된 유체 수위를 검출하는 레벨 트랜스미터와,상기 시험 관측부의 압력값을 검출하는 압력 감지센서와,유체 속에 포함된 용존(溶存) 가스를 제거하는 탈기탱크(Deaerator Tank)와,상기 탈기탱크 내부에 내장된 유체를 상기 압력탱크에 공급하는 수위 조절펌프와,상기 레벨 트랜스미터로부터 검출된 상기 압력탱크의 유체 수위 및 상기 압력 감지센서로부터 검출된 상기 시험 관측부의 압력값을 기준 수위 및 기준 압력값에 비교한 후 그 잔류편차를 제거하여 상기 수위 조절펌프를 신속히 기동 및 정지시킬 수 있도록 제어신호를 제공하는 PID 콘트롤러를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환식 캐비테이션 채널의 미세 압력 조절장치.
