본 발 명은 폴리스티렌압출시-트 표면에 안료가 혼합된 폴리스티렌 코팅재를 일정 두께로 코팅하여 나무결무늬와 같은 무늬가 형성되는 코팅이 이루어저서 외관이 아름다운 미장시-트가 되게 한 것으로 시트제조용 폴리스티렌 칩을 압출기(1가)에서 용해하여 원통형(1a)으로 압출한 다음 절개하여 시-트(1)상태로 권취부(1O)로 이송시키고 인출로울러와 권취부사이에 코팅장치(가)를 시설하여 코팅용 폴리스티렌압출기(2)의 압출부와 코팅다이스(3)사이에 안료공급통(4)을 부착하여 250℃로 용융된 코팅재에 3∼4중량%에 해당하는 안료를 혼합하여 안료가 혼합된 코팅재(5)를 폴리스티렌시-트(1) 표면에 낙하시키고 코팅재가 응고되기전에 표면온도가 60∼70℃정도되는 냉각로울러(7)로 코팅재 표면을 압착하여 시-트 표면에 안료가 혼합된 코팅재를 압착코팅하므로서 나무결무늬와 같은 문양(51)이 형성되게한 것으로 본 발명은 코팅과 동시에 무늬가 형성되므로 종래보다 간편하게 가격이 저렴한 미장코팅시-트를 만들 수 있고 이로인해 각종포장용기는 물론이고 건축용 내장재와 같은 용도에 유효적절하게 활용을 할 수 있게 한 것임.The present invention is to produce a polystyrene chip for sheet manufacturing by coating a polystyrene coating material mixed with pigments on a polystyrene extrusion sheet sheet to a certain thickness to form a coating such as a wood grain pattern.
