Claims (6)
- 미생물을 이용한 독성 탐지장치에 있어서, 1단계 생물반응기(15)와 2단계 생물반응기(16)에 각각 광섬유(13)가 부착되어 일련의 장치로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 생물반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,광섬유가 부착된 1단계 및 2단계 생물반응기는 각각의 용적이 57㎖ 이하의 소형반응기들이 일련의 장치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 독성탐지용 생물반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,생물반응기의 외부에 온수 공급용 유입구(8), 배출구(9)로된 2중쟈켓과 교반장치가 부착되고, 반응기 내부에 영양배지 유입구(1), 미생물 또는 독성물질 주입구(4), 영양배지 배출구(2), 배기가스 배출구(5)와 응축기(6), 공기 공급용 필터(7), 주입구(3) 그리고 교반봉(10)이 연결되고, 미생물이 발산하는 빛을 유리(12)를 통해 광섬유(14)에 전달되어 루미노미터에서 측정하도록 일련의 장치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 독성탐지용 생물반응기.
- 1단계 생물반응기에서 유전자 재조합된 박테리아를 영양배지로 배양하여 2단계 생물반응기에서 오염된 물과 접촉시켜 광섬유를 통해 미생물이 발산하는 생물학적 빛을 루노미터로 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일련의 장치로 구성된 생물반응기를 이용한 독성탐지 방법.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,생물반응기를 연속식 또는 비연속식으로 운전하여 독성을 탐지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일련의 장치로 구성된 생물반응기를 이용한 독성탐지 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,생물반응기를 폐수, 폐수처리장 유입수 또는 배출수, 용수, 하천수, 상수원 및 원전폐수, 원전주변 방사선 유해성 탐지에 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일련의 장치로 구성된 생물반응기를 이용한 독성탐지 방법.
