Claims (2)
- 음향 광학 변조기를 이용하며, 큐 스위치(Q-switch) 및 상기 큐 스위치를 구동시키기 위한 큐 스위치 구동기를 포함하는 상기 큐 스위치에 의해 큐 스위치된 펄스형 고체 레이저 발진기에서, 출력 펄스의 에너지를 안정화시키기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 고체 레이저의 레이저 펌핑원으로 사용되는 플래쉬 램프와,상기 플래쉬 램프로부터 방출되는 광량을 검지하여 검지된 광량에 대응하는 전압을 발생시키기 위한 광 검지부와,상기 광 검지부로부터의 전압에 따라 결정되는 주파수를 갖는 펄스를 출력하는 전압 제어 발진부와,상기 전압 제어 발진부로부터 출력되는 펄스의 폭을 상기 큐 스위치 구동기의 입력 신호 요구 조건에 맞도록 조절하는 펄스폭 조절부로 이루어지며,상기 조절된 출력 펄스를 상기 큐 스위치 구동기로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 출력 펄스 에너지 안정화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 펄스폭 조절부는 상기 출력 펄스의 반복율을 조절하여 큐 스위치된 레이저 펄스열 각각의 에너지를 균일하게 하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 출력 펄스 에너지 안정화 장치.
