Claims (4)
- 판유리상에 크리스탈아이스를 녹여붙여 필요한 무늬를 얻는 통상의 장식용 판유리 제조에 있어서, 크리스탈아이스가 부착된 판유리를 가열로에 투입, 가열하여 판유리상에 크리스탈아이스가 융착되게 하되, 상기한 상태의 판유리를 가열로로부터 냉각장치로 신속히 이동한 다음, 냉각장치를 이용하여 급속한 냉각이 이루어지게 하여 그 문양이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장식용 판유리의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 크리스탈아이스가 부착된 판유리를 수평강화로에 투입하여 650∼680℃로 2∼3분간 급속가열하므로서 판유리상에 크리스탈아이스가 융착되게 하고, 상기 판유리를 수평강화로로부터 냉각장치로 이송한 다음 에어콤프레셔나 에어블로어와 같은 냉각장치로 수십초간 급냉각되게 하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 장식용 판유리의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 크리스탈아이스가 부착된 판유리를 수직강화로에 투입하여 650∼680℃로 5∼6분간 급속 가열하므로서, 판유리상에 크리스탈아이스가 융착되게 하고, 상기 판유리를 수직 강화로로부터 냉각장치로 이송한 다음 에어콤프레셔나 에어블로어와 같은 냉각장치로 수십초간 급냉각되게 하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 장식용 판유리의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 크리스탈아이스가 부착된 판유리를 일반가열로 투입한 다음 30∼50분간 가열하여 판유리상에 크리스탈아이스가 융착되게 하고, 상기 판유리를 일반가열로로부터 냉각장치로 이송한 다음 에어콤프레셔나 에어블로어와 같은 냉각장치를 통하여 수십초간 급냉각되게 하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 장식용 판유리의 제조방법.
