Description
The present invention relates to an anti-vibration composition for automobiles, and more particularly, to include bitumen asphalt, which is the main raw material of the earthquake-proof material used as the interior material of automobiles, so that straight and blown asphalt are contained in a specific ratio. In some cases, a styrene-butadiene styrene terpolymer (SBS), an ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM) component resin is added thereto, and a conventional additive is mixed. Therefore, the present invention relates to a vibration damping composition for automobiles, which is highly excellent in vibration damping performance and can be diversified in an application temperature range when the vibration damping composition is applied to a floor panel of an automobile body.
In general, a significant amount of noise is generated due to engine noise and air friction while driving a vehicle, and it is one of the very difficult tasks to reduce noise in manufacturing a vehicle.
One of the most important methods for reducing vehicle noise is a method of improving vibration damping performance by applying vibration damping material to a vehicle body floor panel.
In the conventional vibration damping method, a method of preparing a vibration damping material composition by mixing an additive such as an inorganic filler and a vulcanizing agent to bitumen asphalt or general synthetic rubber and applying it to a floor panel has been used.
However, such a conventional vehicle vibration damping composition has a certain degree of vibration damping effect, but the damping coefficient is limited, so it can be mainly used only in the temperature range of about 20 ° C, and the distribution of bituminous molecular weight, which is its main raw material, is not uniform, thus reproducible product There was much room for improvement, such as not being secured.
Therefore, in order to improve the problems caused by the vibration damping performance and the use constraints due to the non-uniform vibration damping composition, the present invention has a straight component and a blown asphalt component. It is an object of the present invention to provide a vehicle vibration damping composition that can improve the vibration damping performance and expansion of the application temperature range compared to the prior art by adding a certain range and adding a liquid resin to the liquid composition.
The present invention relates to an automobile vibration damping composition comprising bitumen asphalt as a main component and an inorganic filler, wherein the bitumen asphalt is composed of a weight ratio of 1: 0.5 to 1.5 in a straight component and a blown asphalt component. It is characterized by containing a normal inorganic filler.
In addition, the vibration damping material composition of the present invention further includes 0.01 to 0.5 parts by weight of the liquid resin component with respect to 1 part by weight of the straight component of the bituminous asphalt.
Referring to the present invention in more detail as follows.
The present invention is to maximize the vibration damping performance by configuring the composition of the bituminous asphalt used as a main component in the vibration damping composition applied to the vehicle body floor panel of the car in a specific ratio.
Bituminous asphalt used in the present invention is used in the weight ratio of straight and blown asphalt component ratio 1: 1: 0.5 ~ 1.5, when used in this way to maintain a uniform distribution of molecular weight by interaction due to the mixing of the two components As a result, it is possible to impart an effective vibration damping characteristic, which enables a significant improvement in vibration damping performance.
If the blown asphalt is used in a small amount, the degree of oxidation is low and the vibration damping performance is lowered. If the blown asphalt is too large, the workability and storage property are deteriorated.
In addition, according to the present invention, the use of the mixture as described above can achieve the desired degree of damping performance as compared to the conventional, but when added to the liquid resin, the molecular weight distribution due to mixing between the resin and bituminous asphalt Contributes more effectively to the homogenization of the membrane, thereby increasing the damping performance.
As such a liquid resin, a styrene-butadiene styrene terpolymer (SBS), an ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM), or the like having a molecular weight of 100,000 or more may be used, and the amount of the straight component may be used. It is preferred to use 0.01 to 0.5 parts by weight based on 1 part by weight of. If the amount is less than 0.01 parts by weight, it is difficult to expect the effect of use, and if it is more than 0.5 parts by weight, it is difficult to diversify the application temperature range due to deterioration of the vibration damping material properties. The performance is rather deteriorated.
Inorganic fillers used in the present invention may be mixed with CaO, waste paper, clay (K3), mica (MICA), etc. in the usual amount of use, in addition to the usual inorganic filler may be used.
In this way, each component of the vibration damper used in the present invention is prepared in a mixture by a conventional method, and can be used by applying a method such as coating treatment as usual in the case of application to the floor of the vehicle body.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to Examples, but the present invention is not necessarily limited to the Examples.
Examples 1-2, Comparative Example
The vibration damping composition was composed by mixing the composition as shown in Table 1, and the vibration damping performance of the resulting composition was evaluated by the non-contact excitation method according to 5.22 of JASO M 306-88, and for each temperature. The measured vibration damping coefficients (η) were measured and compared. The greater the damping coefficient, the better the damping performance.
As described above, according to the present invention, the composition of bitumen asphalt, which is the main component of the damping material composition, is made to have a specific component ratio, so that the bitumen molecular weight distribution is uniform, and resin is added if necessary to greatly improve the damping performance. When applied to the floor of the body, the application temperature range is also effective to be diversified compared to the prior art.
