Abstract

감염성 의료 페기물을 이중으로된 골판지 BOX에 비닐을 넣어 밀봉하기 때문에 내용물이 흘러내리지 않으며 외부로 노출되지 않아 국민보건위생은 물론 환경 오염의 문제점까지 해결할 수 있도록 설계되어 있으며 병, 의원에서 분리수거가 필요 없이 그 자리에서 이중으로된 골판지 BOX양면 테이프로 완전 밀봉하여 수거 운반하기 때문에 병, 의원에 종사자 수거 운반자들의 2차 감염까지 막아주며 최종 처리장 종사자들은 전혀 감염 우려가 없이 위생적으로 처리가 가능하도록 설계제작 되어있음.

Description

감염성 의료 폐기물 안전포장용기
본 고안은 병원, 의원에서 발생되는 감염성이 강한 폐기물을 안전하고 위생적으로 처리할 수 있으며 외부 BOX 내부BOX 사이에 비닐을 넣어 내용물이 흘러내리지 않고 안전 BOX는 2중으로 되어있고 내부에 들어있는 골판지BOX는 주사침 등이 외부로 노출되는 것을 막을 수 있으며 상부 뚜껑에는 양면 테입프로 되어있어서 밀봉할 때 힘 않들이고 바로 밀봉 상태가 되므로 냄새도 외부로 나올 우려도 없고 감염이 될 우려 없다고 보며 의료기관 종사자들도 매우 편리하다 볼 수 있음.
본 고안은 실시예의 구성을 첨부한 도면에 의하여 설명한다면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 의료폐기물 전용 BOX 외부BOX(11)와 내부BOX()(10)의 중간에 비닐봉투(12)로 형성되어 있으며 밀봉하기가 용이하게 양면 테이프(15)가 있으며 밀봉하는데 간편하다고 볼 수 있다.
안전 BOX란 감염성 의료 폐기물을 완전하고 위생적으로 처리할 수 있는 구조로 설계되어 있으며 감염성 의료 폐기물 수거용기로써 감염성 의료 폐기물이 발생하는 장소에서 직접(이중골판지) 안전 BOX에 수거 그 자리에서 밀봉 상태로 처리장까지 운반하는 것을 목적으로 하며 이렇게 함으로써 의료기관 및 수거 종사자, 최종 처리장 종사자들에 2차 감염이나 환경 오염의 문제점까지 해결할 수 있다고 생각합니다.
감염성 의료폐기물을 안전하고 위생적으로 처리할 수 있다.
종래의 기술은 비닐 봉투나 마대 자루에 수거 운반하기 때문에 내용물이 흘러내리고 수거 종사자들이 주사기 바늘이나 수술용 칼에 찔린다고 불 수 있다.
감염성 의료 폐기물을 될 수 있으면 안전하고 위생적으로 처리하는 것이다.

본 고안의 구성은 외부BOX(골판지), 내부BOX(골판지), 중간비닐(비닐봉투),안전BOX 밀봉할 수 있는 테이프로 구성되 있다.
의료기관에서 사용되는 주사기, 수액셋트, 거즈, 붕대, 수술후 발생하는 인체 조직물 실험 동물사체 태반 병원, 의원 등에서 배출되는 폐기물은 감염성이 강함에도 현재 이러한 감염성 폐기물을 아무렇게나 처리하고 있으므로 2차감염 우려도 높다고 봅니다 현재 처리 방법은 마대 자루나 비닐봉투에 담아 수술 후 발생한 피, 고름 등 내용물이 밖으로 흘러내리는 등 2차 감염을 시키고 있는 상태이므로 안전 BOX를 이용할 경우 이러한 문제점들을 안전하고 위생적으로 처리할 수 있습니다.
안전 BOX를 이용하여 병원, 의원에서 배출되는 감염성 의료 폐기물을 수거 처리한다면 국민 보건 위생이나 환경 오염문제점들을 해결할 수 있다고 봅니다.

  1. 이중골판지 안전BOX 용기와 뚜껑, 밀봉 테이프 내부와 외부사이에 들어가는 비닐봉투, 외부BOX(11)와 내부BOX(10)과 비닐봉투(12)의 것이며 감염성 의료 폐기물 안전 BOX에 담아 밀봉 상태에서 안전 BOX해 처리할 수 있는 것을 말한다.
