Abstract
본 고안은 카울 고정용 클립에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 프론트 윈도우와 연결되는 앞부분의 패널을 고정이 용이하도록 걸림부를 갖는 클립을 90°회전시켜 카울과 차체를 서로 가압하여 고정하도록한 카울 고정용 클립에 관한 것인바,종래의 카울 고정방법은 고정작업 및 카울의 이면에 부착 설치된 다른 부분의 고장수리시 착탈에 따른 많은 시간이 소요되며 협소한 공간에서 체결수단을 고정시키기 때문에 힘이 들었다. 또한 무리한 힘을 이용하여 착탈시에는 체결수단이 손상되어 고정력이 약화되거나 엔진구동에 따른 진동과 주행중 노면으로부터 전달되는 진동 및 충격에 의하여 쉽게 탈거되는 문제점이 있었다. 본 고안의 상기한 제반 문제점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로써 카울의 고정설치시 작업이 용이하도록함과 체결력을 극대화 하여 엔진과 노면으로부터 전달되는 진동 및 충격에 의하여 쉽게 탈거되지 않도록함에 그 특징이 있다.The present invention relates to a cowl clip, and more particularly, a cowl clip for pressing the cowl and the body to each other by rotating the clip having a locking portion by 90 ° to easily fix the front panel connected to the front window.
