Most of the patterned glass is manufactured by the same pattern or pattern, or chemically etched by using chemicals on the preformed glass products at the same time as the manufacturing of glass. This is high, and in particular, it is difficult to form the exact pattern required, and there is a problem in that the coloring on the pattern is not easy.
In the present invention, the glue (30-45%) of the solid component in an irregular thickness on the surface of the plate glass; After mixing water (52-63%) and gelatin powder (3-7%), apply heat-dissipating agent, which is formed by heating and dissolving at about 70 ℃, to design various types of patterns. It is a plate glass engraved pattern forming method to form a variety of patterns by polishing the difference in the etching rate of the portion where the abrasive retardant is applied to the irregular thickness by performing the same physical partial etching.
Description
The present invention relates to a processing method of glass widely used for building materials and interior decoration. More specifically, a desired pattern is designed on a glass plate, and various patterns are engraved by partial abrasion, followed by color processing to permanently beautiful patterns. It relates to a method of forming a plate glass engraved pattern to be preserved.
In general, patterned glass widely used as a building material is manufactured with a single frame shape and pattern at the same time as glass manufacturing.
In addition, the chemical etching method using chemicals is used in the preformed glass products, but the manufacturing method is very demanding, the incidence of defects is high, in particular, it is difficult to form the required precise patterns, and it is not easy to color the patterns. There was a disadvantage that the price was very expensive due to the increase in manufacturing cost.
이와 같은 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 제안하는 본 발명에서는 판유리의 표면에 불규칙한 두께로 마모지연제를 도포하여 원하는 다양한 형태의 무늬를 도안한 뒤 이를 고압 모래분사와 같은 물리적인 부분 식각을 하므로서 여러 가지 다양한 문양이 형성되도록 하는 판유리 음각 무늬 형성방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.In order to improve the above problems, the present invention proposes various types of patterns by applying a wear retardant with an irregular thickness on the surface of the plate glass, and then performs various partial patterns such as physical partial etching such as high pressure sand spraying. 상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명에서는 판유리면에 기초 문양을 도안한 연마방지 시트 등을 부착한 다음 식각을 필요로 하지 않는 부분에는 식각이 되지 않도록 연마방지 시트를 남겨두고 식각에 의한 무늬형성을 요하는 부분에는 연마방지 시트를 절개하여 떼어낸 다음, 상기 연마방지 시트가 부착되지 않은 부분을 1차로 고압분사에 의한 모래에 의해 유리면을 가볍게 마모시키는 1차 센딩공정과;In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, after attaching the anti-polishing sheet with the basic pattern on the plate glass surface, the anti-polishing sheet is left so as not to be etched in the portion that does not require etching, and the pattern formation by etching is performed. In the required portion, by cutting off the anti-polishing sheet, and the first sending step to lightly wear the glass surface by sand by high-pressure injection in the portion where the anti-polishing sheet is not attached;
상기 1차 센딩공정에 의해 마모된 부위에 아교와 물 등을 섞어 만든 마모지연제를 원하는 형상으로 두께를 달리하여 도포하고 이를 충분히 굳힌 다음 이를 다시 고압의 압축 공기와 함께 분사되는 모래에 의해 식각되도록 하는 2차 센딩공정과;Abrasive retardants made by mixing glue and water on the areas worn by the primary sending process were applied in varying thicknesses to a desired shape and sufficiently hardened and then etched by sand sprayed with high pressure compressed air. A second sending process;
It is characterized by having a beautiful pattern by coloring a variety of colors desired on the pattern portion formed by etching by the second sending process.
The sending process by the injection of the sand by the high pressure compressed air is to create a pattern of the shape required by the wear retardant coated with an irregular thickness on the glass surface even when the operation at a uniform etching rate.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 is a process flow diagram sequentially showing the working process of the present invention, first to cleanly clean the plate glass 10 so that the anti-polishing sheet to be attached is firmly attached.
Attach the anti-polishing sheet 20 with the basic pattern on the surface of the plate 10, and then cut the anti-polishing sheet 20 according to the pattern.
The anti-polishing sheet 20 is a non-polishing sheet of a rubber component having a main component of elasticity to protect the glass surface adhered during the polishing operation so as not to be polished.
When the drawing is drawn or not drawn on the anti-polishing sheet 20, the drawing of the desired pattern is drawn in the state attached to the plate glass 10, and then the engraving is performed along the sketch with the knife to form the pattern 21. .
At this time, the boundary surface of the engraved glyph part 21 is pressed firmly so as to be clearly attached, and then the surface of the plate glass 10 is sent to form a scratch on the glass surface of the glyph part 21.
The primary sending process is a process in which the glass surface is crumbly milky by ejecting geumgang sand (등) powder and the like on the glass surface together with compressed air so as to be gradually worn out.
The air pressure emanating from the compressor in the first sending operation is about 8 to 12 kg / cm 2, and the working time is about 3 to 5 minutes per m 2.
Scratches formed by the wear of the pattern portion 21 is to increase the adhesion of the polishing retardant 30 in the next step.
After the completion of the primary sending work as described above, the pattern portion 21 is applied by varying the thickness according to a separate polishing retardant 30 to the desired bend shape.
The application of the polishing retardant 30 is performed using a brush or other tool.
The polishing retardant 30 is a mixture of a solid component (30-45%), water (52-63%) and powder (3-7%), and then mixed well and heated to about 70 ℃ dissolved to dissolve it It is applied to the pattern portion (21).
Among the components of the polishing retardant 30, powder is used to control the viscosity of the polishing retardant and powdery gelatin is most useful.
When the polishing retardant 30 is applied, the curved surface 31 is formed by adjusting the thickness in a desired curved shape.
The pattern of the glass surface is to be formed according to the shape of the curved surface formed by the polishing retardant 30.
After the applied abrasive retardant 30 is completely cured, the polishing operation is performed for a predetermined time by sand injected with compressed air of high pressure in a second time. 2nd Sending Process
The air pressure released by the compressor during the second sending operation is about 8 to 12 kg / cm 2, and the working time is about 20 to 30 minutes per m 2.
At the time of the polishing operation, the portion to which the anti-polishing sheet 20 is attached is not polished at all, and only the portion of the polishing retardant 30 applied to the pattern portion 21 is polished. According to the coating thickness of the applied abrasive retardant, the thinly coated parts can be polished first, and the thicker coated parts start to be polished later. The degree varies.
That is, according to the partial thickness of the polishing retardant 30 is the final shape of the bend.
When the above process is completed, the surface is washed clean and then color processed on the processing surface 11 of the curved door according to the desired design.
The color treatment process is sprayed by an airbrush so that paints of a desired color (mainly oil paints) are uniformly formed.
Next, after the paint is completely dried, the anti-polishing sheet 20 attached at the time of the first work is peeled off as a whole and then finish coating is performed on the entire glass surface.
The coating operation is to protect the color-treated surface of the processed portion is coated with a transparent material of retan, lacquer, epoxy and the like.
In the present invention, the glass surface to be processed is partially polished by spraying sand, such as Geumgangsa sand, together with high pressure air, so that the curved surface is partially formed, and the curved surface is finely polished by sand to give a new texture. In addition, it is a very useful technology as a glass processing method having excellent characteristics as a building material and interior decoration material that does not change even after long-term storage as easy coloring in the polishing part.
