Abstract
본 발명은 스타터 모터용 하우징 커버(housing cover for starter motor)에 관한 것으로, 합성수지재의 하우징 커버(100)에 일체로 절곡된 접지판(140)과 접지편(141)(142)을 인서트 몰딩하여 스타터 모터를 엔진에 장착함과 동시에 접지판(140)에 전동기의 계자 코일이 접지되도록 하고, 접지편(142)에 마그네트 스위치가 접지되도록하여 접지구조를 간단화하고, 하우징 커버를 합성수지재로 함에 따라 스타터 모터의 중량을 감소시키며, 접지판을 그 고유의 기능 이외에 하우징 커버의 보강기능을 함께 행함으로써 커버의 강성증대에 기여하는 것은 물론, 진동,충격의 영향으로부터 스타터 모터를 보호하도록 된 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
