Claims (2)
- 텐셔너 슈의 힘으로 작동되는 플런저가 프레임에 설치되어 유압을 제공받고 플런저의 백래쉬가 스톱퍼에 의해 제한되도록 된 체인 텐셔너에 있어서; 상기 플런저에 설치 고정되며 플런저에 고정된 고정형 톱니와 플런저 내측으로 함몰될 수 있는 구조의 출몰형 톱니가 교번하여 이루어진 래치톱니와, 상기 래치톱니의 피치간격으로 산과 골이 형성되어 상기 출몰형 톱니의 출몰상태를 변화시키도록 형성된 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤의 직선운동이 이루어질 수 있도록 플런저에 형성된 실린더와, 상기 플런저의 작동에 따라 상기 실린더에 유압을 제공하도록 플런저와 프레임 사이에 설치된 유압제공수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 체인 텐셔너 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유압제공수단은 상기 플런저에 형성된 유압형성실과, 상기 유압형성실에 삽입된 상태로 상기 프레임에 고정된 고정 피스톤과, 상기 유압형 성실로부터 상기 플런저의 피스톤으로 유체를 전달하기 위해 플런저에 형성된 유압제공로로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 체인 텐셔너 구조.
