Abstract

본 발명은 컴퓨터 재단기나 수작업에 의해 재단된 비닐칼라시트나 금, 은광데드롱 소재에 에폭시(EPOXY)를 적용하여 돌출형의 칼라문자나 그림을 제작하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이를 실현하기 위하여 본 발명은 재단된 비닐 칼라시트나 금, 은광데드롱 소재를 이형지에 부착된 상태로 수평 고정하고, 그 문자나 그림 위에 적정량(0.2g/㎠)의 에폭시(EPOXY)를 적용하여 약 32℃의 온도하에서 48시간 이상 경화시켜 돌출형의 칼라문자나 그림을 얻도록 하고 있다.
본 발명에 의해 제작된 돌출형의 칼라문자나 그림은 환경에 대한 저항성이 탁월할 뿐만 아니라 돌출성 및 광택성이 뛰어나 실내 장식 또는 상업광고용으로 활용 가능성이 아주 높다.

Description

에폭시(EPOXY)를 활용한 돌출칼라문자(그림)의 제조방법
본 발명은 현재 상업용으로 활용되고 있는 비닐칼라시트 및 금, 은광데드롱 소재에 에폭시(EPOXY) 소재를 적용하여 돌출형의 문자나 그림을 실현할 수 있도록 한 제조방법에 관한것이다.
종래의 상업광고기술로 활용되고 있는 비닐칼라시트나 금, 은광데드롱 소재는 컴퓨터 재단기나 수작업에 의해 절단되어 만들어지는 칼라문자나 그림을 그대로 광고 상업용으로 활용되고 있으나 탈변색 및 태양열에 의한 수축성으로 쉽게 훼손되고 있는 실정이다.
본 발명은 상기한 바와 같은 종래의 기술문제점을 해소하기 위하여 발명된 것으로서 발명의 목적은 돌출성을 통한 보다 나은 상업적 광고효과를 제공하는데 있다.
이를 실현하기 위하여 본 발명은 컴퓨터 재단기에 의해 절단된 비닐칼라시트나 금, 은광데드롱소재의 문자나 그림을 이형지에 둔 상태로 수평 고정하고 주제와 경화제로 혼합된 에폭시(EPOXY) 소재를 문자나 그림을 따라 적용(0.2g/㎠)하여, 약32℃의 온도하에서 48시간이상 경화시킴으로서 칼라문자와 그림에 에폭시(EPOXY)가 적용된 돌출형의 제품을 제작할 수 있다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명의 효과는 돌출칼라 문자나 그림을 실내외 부착시 환경(비, 태양열, 먼지등)에 대한 저항성이 탁월할 뿐만아니라 돌출성 및 경화된 에폭시(EPOXY)의 광택성으로 인해 실내장식 또는 상업광고용으로 그 활용 가능성이 아주 높다.

  1. 컴퓨터 재단기나 수작업에 의해 재단된 비닐칼라시트나 금, 은광데드롱 소재에 에폭시(EPOXY)를 적용하여 돌출형의 문자나 그림을 제작하는 방법
  2. 제1항에 있어서 비닐칼라시트나 금,은광데드롱 소재 외에 목재나 아크릴, 칼라 포맥스, 금속재를 활용한 문자나 그림에 에폭시(EPOXY)를 적용하여 돌출형의 문자나 그림을 제작하는 방법.
