Description

Connection terminal fixture for power distribution

The present invention relates to a power supply connection terminal fixture for facilitating connection of power lines distributed from a printed circuit board to distribute or ground power to various devices embedded in various electrical and electronic products.

In general, printed circuit boards are provided in various electrical and electronic products, in which elements are disposed to perform unique functions of the product. In addition, various devices that are operated by a current whose voltage is adjusted from a power supply or a transformer branching from the printed circuit board are embedded.

The various devices described above may have different voltages, and sometimes use the same voltage. In particular, devices or components using the same voltage are branched and connected to the copper wire to apply the same voltage.

In particular, such branching lines are often branched from the printed circuit board in order to allow organic devices to be operated organically and various devices disposed on the printed circuit board.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, when there are a plurality of power distribution lines branching from the printed circuit board 10, a plurality of connections are made after the end of the wire 21 is peeled off and the connection terminal 30 is banded to the copper line. The terminal 30 has been electrically connected by fastening with a screw S so as to overlap one location of the printed circuit board 10. As can be seen from the above, when there are many copper wires to be branched, it is very troublesome to fix the connection terminal 30 to the printed circuit board 10 with screws S. In particular, when there are elements 11 disposed on the printed circuit board 10, the inconvenience may be further increased due to obstacles caused by the connection of the connection terminal 30. In addition, if the wires are concentrated in one place on the printed circuit board, it is difficult to organize the wires, which can confuse the inside of the system, which will impede future after-service work.

Therefore, the present invention is to devise the present invention in order to overcome the problems as described above, the object of the present invention is to distribute a plurality of distribution by the distribution through a single unit in the distribution of power branched from the printed circuit board An object of the present invention is to provide a connection terminal fixing member for easily distributing a power supply line.

본 고안의 전원 분배용 접속단자 고정체의 바람직한 실시예로서 일정길이를 지니며, 표면에 일정간격으로 복수개의 나사 결합공들이 형성된 도전성을 갖는 금속바와;As a preferred embodiment of the connection terminal fixture for power distribution of the present invention has a predetermined length, and a conductive metal bar formed with a plurality of screw coupling holes at a predetermined interval on the surface;

The metal bar may be fixed to the printed circuit board to be coupled to apply power, and may be achieved by coupling a connection terminal to the screw coupling hole using a screw and simultaneously fixing the metal bar to the printed circuit board. Combined and electrically connected, the distribution wires may be achieved through a holder for supporting the combined metal bar.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings, the configuration of the connection terminal fixture for power distribution according to the present invention will be described in detail.

2 is a perspective view of a power supply connection terminal fixture according to the present invention, reference numeral 40 denotes a conductive metal via, and 50 denotes a holder for fixing a metal bar on a printed circuit board 10.

The metal bar 40 described above is formed with screwing holes at regular intervals. The holder 50 is connected to a circuit pattern arranged in a pattern on the printed circuit board 10 so as to be electrically energized, and a bent piece 51 is formed at one side thereof. In addition, a support piece 53 is formed at an opposite portion of the bent piece 51 of the holder 50 to provide a function of supporting the metal bar 40. In addition, there is a tension piece 57 having a through hole 55 between the bending piece 51 and the support piece 53. The tension piece provides a function of strengthening the electrical connection by allowing the metal bar to be elastically in close contact with the tension piece 57 when the metal bar is positioned in the holder and fixed by the screw. Reference numeral 21 is an electric wire for supplying power from the printed circuit board 10 or to the printed circuit board, and the connection terminal 30 is bent at the end thereof.

Referring to the operation of the connection terminal fixture for power distribution according to the present invention configured as described above are as follows.

First, as shown in FIG. 2, at least one pair of holders 50 are soldered to be uniformly spaced apart from the above-described holders 50 on the printed circuit board 10 so as to be electrically connected to the circuit pattern, and both holders. The metal bar 40 is positioned on 50. The bending bar 51 is bent as shown in FIG. 3 so that the metal bar 40 positioned on the holder 50 is not separated from the holder 50, and then the connection terminal 30 is mounted on the screwing hole 41. As shown in FIG. ). Then, after passing through the connection terminal 30 and the screw coupling hole 41 by using the screw (S) and fastening the screw in the through hole 55 of the holder 50, the wire 21 is a metal bar 40 And a state in which the pattern of the holder 50 and the printed circuit board 10 is electrically energized.

In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the metal bar 40 is directly coupled to the printed circuit board 10 with the screw S, and at the same time, a current flowing on the printed circuit board 10 passes through the metal bar. You can also lose. In this case, the same effect is provided even without using the holder. However, it is more preferable to employ a holder in order to prevent the engaged state from being released by the weight of the metal bar.

Therefore, when connecting a plurality of wires to the metal bar having a plurality of screw coupling holes as described above, by separately separating and coupling to a plurality of screw holes, the binding of the power line can be more easily and conveniently performed when distributing power. .

In particular, when various elements are arranged on a printed circuit board, the wires may be coupled without interference of the elements by metal bars.
