본 고안은 LCD(Liquid Crystal Dispaly)용 더미 실(Dummy Seal)에 관한 것으로, 특히 원판상에 LCD용 셀을 놓고 두장의 원판을 겹쳐서 진공하여 실링함에 있어서 두장의 원판이 실링(Sealing)시에 미끄러짐이나 비틀림을 방지할 뿐만 아니라 셀(Cell)의 분리시에 깨짐을 방지하기 위한 깨짐방지용 더미 실 구조체에 관한 것으로, LCD용 셀의 실링작업시 미끄럼방지와 비틀림 방지를 위한 더미 실에 있어서, 원판 글래스(24)상의 셀(26)이 놓여져 있는 셀(26)의 모서리부분을 감쌓도록자형 더미 실(20a)과 마주보도록자형 더미 실(20b)를 형성하고, 셀(26)의 면부분측에는 공기통로(28)가 형성되도록 일자형 더미 실(21)을 겹치게 형성되어 있으므로 스크라이브 작업시 깨짐을 방지하는 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to a dummy seal for LCD (Liquid Crystal Dispaly), and in particular, two discs slide during sealing when the LCD cell is placed on a disc and two discs are overlapped and vacuum-sealed.
