Abstract

본 고안은 전신주나 기둥에 부착하는 안전판에 관한 것으로, 기존의 안전판이 금속으로 이루어져 있어 보행자에게 상해를 입힐 수 있는 위험과 제작비 상승으로 보급의 어려움과 전주의 불법 광고물 부착에 의한 도심 미관 저해의 단점을 해소하기 위해 안출한 것으로서, 안전판의 상부와 하부 등에 규격화된 상업 광고물을 부착할 수 있도록 하여 광고수의 효과와 안전판 보급효과를 얻도록 하였으며 광고판 이 안전판에서 쉽게 분리될 수 있게 하여 광고 내용을 적기에 바꿀 수 있도록 하였다.

본 고안은 기존의 전신주나 기둥의 안전판이 금속으로 되어 있어 미관상 수려하지 못하고 노후되거나 파손시 보행자에게 상해의 위험이 있었으며 금속 안전판이 제작비가 많이 소요되어 가로변에 설치된 전신주의 일부분만 설치되어 미설치된 전신주는 야간에 보행자가 충돌하는 위험과 또한 불법광고물의 부착으로 도시 미관을 해치는 단점이 있었다.
본 고안은 안전판에 광고물을 첨부하여 광고수익을 통한 안전판 보급을 쉽게 하여 주택가 내에 설치된 전신주에도 100퍼센트 안전판을 보급되도록 하며 규격화된 광고물 부착으로 도시미관 조성효과와 보행자 안전 효과를 얻고자 안출하였으며 도면을 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도는 본 고안의 사시도이며 전신주나 기타 기둥에 부착되어 보행자나 차량에 안전판의 기능을 하며 또한 광고물을 규격화하여 부착하여 불법 광고물 퇴치에 효과를 거둘 수 있도록 하였으며, 제2도는 본 고안의 정면도로서 안전판을 중심으로 상부나 하부에 광고물을 기재하도록 하였으며 안전판에 야광체 부착 등을 통한 야간 식별을 용이하게 하며 플라스틱 재질을 이용한 다양한 문양의 충격완충부 제조로 미관을 수려하게 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
제3도는 본 고안의 다른 실시예의 분리사시도로서 안전판의 상부나 하부에 광고판을 탈부착할 수 있도록 이음부를 갖춘 형태이다. 이러한 안전판은 광고물을 보다 쉽게 탈부착 할 수 있어 광고물내용 변경시 안전판을 그대로 사용하고 광고내용만 수정할 수 있어 경비 절감의 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
제4도는 본 고안의 다른 실시예의 이음부 부분을 설명키 위한 단면도로서 안전판 상부나 하부에 돌출된 이음부를 설치하고 광고판의 이음부 홈에 고정탈착될 수 있도록 안출된 것이다.
이와 같은 고안된 안전판은 불법 광고물 퇴치에 효과가 있으며 디자인의 개선이 쉽도록 하며 보급효과를 높일 수 있어 보행자와 차량의 충돌에 의한 상해를 예방할 수 있는 효과를 제공할 수 있다.

  1. 플라스틱 재나 금속성 판을 이용하여 충격완충부(1a)와 안전표시를 갖춘 안전판(1)의 상부와 하부에 광고물을 기재할 수 있는 광고판(2)이 형성된 복합형 안전판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 안전판(1)과 광고판(2)이 탈부착될 수 있도록 형성된 탈부착식 안전판.
