Abstract

본 발명은 집진장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 에어덕트 청소시 에어덕트에서 배출되는 먼지가 함유된 공기를 흡입하여 공기중에 섞인 먼지를 수거함에 있어서, 먼지가 함유된 공기를 먼지유입관으로 유입시켜 이를 물이 담긴 수조내에 불어 넣어 공기내에 함유된 먼지를 와류되는 물에 함침시키는 한편, 먼지가 제거된 깨끗한 공기는 외부로 배출시켜 보다 효율적으로 먼지를 수거 할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

도면의 주요부분에 대한 부호의 설명
[발명의 상세한 설명]공기와 함께 의부로 배출되어 실내 또는 대기를 2차 오염시키게 됨으로써, 집진작업의 근본 목적에 역행하는 결과를 초래하게 된다. 이와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 집진장치의 작동 및 효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.

  1. 단부에 에어팬(4)이 부착된 먼지유입관(5)이 먼지유입실(8)과 연결되고, 이 먼지유입실(8)의 하측에 다수의 노즐(7)이 단부가 경사지게 형성되어 수조(6)와 연결되며, 수조(6)의 중심부에 빗살홈(9)과 통공(10)이 형성된 배기관(11)이 장착되어 단부에 모터(12)와 저밀도 및 고밀도 필터(14)(15)가 장착된 공기배출팬(13)과 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 집진장치.
