(2) POE 소재를 겔화(Gelling) 및 1차 혼련(roll mixing milling)하는 단계;
(3) 겔화된 POE 소재를 2차 혼련(roll mixing milling)하는 단계;
(4) 2차 혼련 이후 POE 소재를 박판(Sheet)으로 변형시켜 컴팩트 레이어(Compact layer)를 형성하는 단계;
(5) 컴팩트 레이어를 PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate)가 함유된 패브릭 레이어(Fabric layer)의 표면에 부착시키는 단계;
(6) 컴팩트 레이어와 패브릭 레이어를 냉각시킨 후 컴팩트 레이어에 탑 레이어(Top layer)를 부착하는 단계;
(7) 발포기에 의해 탑 레이어를 발포(Foaming)시키는 단계;
(8) 탑 레이어를 가열 및 냉각시켜 탑 레이어 표면에 원형으로 돌출되는 엠보(Embo)를 형성하는 단계;
(9) 탑 레이어 표면에 탑 코팅 레이어(Top coating layer)를 코팅하는 단계; 및
(10) 상기 패브릭 레이어(Fabric layer), 컴팩트 레이어(Compact layer), 탑 레이어(Top layer) 및 탑 코팅 레이어(Top coating layer)로 이루어진 인조피혁을 절단 및 포장하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 POE 소재는, OBC(Olefin Block Copolymer), PEB(Propylene-based elastomer), TPEV(Thermoplastic Elastomer Vulcanized)의 혼합물인 POE 소재를 함유한 자동차시트용 인조피혁의 제조방법.
