Claims (10)

(a) 에스트로겐 수용체 또는 안드로겐 수용체와 생물 발광 단백질 또는 형광 단백질이 융합된 융합 단백질을 발현하도록 설계된 재조합 벡터로 세포주를 형질감염 시키는 단계로서,
상기 재조합 벡터는 융합 단백질이 생물 발광 단백질-안드로겐 수용체의 순서 및 안드로겐 수용체-형광 단백질의 순서로 각각 발현되도록 DNA 서열을 포함하는 재조합 벡터, 또는 융합 단백질이 생물 발광 단백질-에스트로겐 수용체의 순서 및 형광 단백질-에스트로겐 수용체의 순서로 각각 발현되도록 DNA 서열을 포함하는 재조합 벡터인 것을 특징으로 하는, 단계;
(b) 상기 형질감염된 세포주를 실험 용기에 부착시킨 후 형광 단백질을 활성화 시키는 단계;
(c) 상기 형광 단백질이 활성화된 세포주에 시험물질을 처리하는 단계;
(d) 상기 시험물질을 처리한 세포주에 생물 발광 단백질의 기질을 처리하는 단계;
(e) 상기 생물 발광 단백질의 기질을 처리한 세포주로부터 생물 발광 단백질이 발광하는 파장의 세기 및 형광 단백질이 발광하는 파장의 세기를 측정하는 단계; 및
(f) 상기 생물 발광 단백질이 발광하는 파장의 세기 및 형광 단백질이 발광하는 파장의 세기를 이용하여 시험물질의 내분비계 장애 활성을 산출하는 단계.
