Description
The present invention relates to a cartridge, and more specifically, by allowing certain free movement of the cartridge stopper inside the cartridge body, when the rod rod is retracted, the pressure inside the cartridge body is lowered as the cartridge stopper retracts, thereby allowing particles such as cement to be removed. It relates to a cartridge that can minimize the residual flow of large contents into the nozzle part and a caulking gun using the same.
In general, silicon is used for various finishing works at construction sites or at home, especially for filling gaps between glass and window frames, finishing interior and exterior walls of buildings, or finishing work on bathrooms and sinks at home. It is widely used.
Caulking refers to the process of shooting the contents loaded into a cartridge to close any cracks or gaps.
For example, if the contents of the cartridge are silicon, it can be called a silicone gun. When the silicone filled in the silicone cartridge is mounted in the charging chamber of the silicone gun and the trigger lever is pulled with the user's grip, a clamper formed integrally with the trigger lever is formed. As the bolt clamped by the clamping hole moves forward, the pressure plate at the tip of the bolt presses the piston of the silicon cartridge, discharging the silicon filled in the silicon cartridge forward, and caulking can be performed.

Referring to FIG. 1, the cartridge that minimizes discharge of remaining contents according to this embodiment is composed of a
The
The
The
When the
In the case of a conventional cartridge without an empty space between the

Referring to FIG. 2, it can be seen that when the inner diameter of the
In addition, when the inner diameter of the
Therefore, when the
The

Referring to FIG. 3, when the outer diameter of the
In addition, when the outer diameter of the
According to one embodiment of the present invention, when the outer diameter of the

If the thickness w of the
The reason why the thickness w must be greater than twice the distance d is because the distance d between one end of the
At the same time, the
