In general, when an stranded person occurs in a mudflat, a quick rescue operation is required as the stranded person must be rescued before the high tide in preparation for the speed of water rising during high tide.
However, due to the nature of the tidal flats, it is difficult to move vehicles, so rescue operations must be carried out only by manpower, making it difficult to shorten the time for rescuing people stranded in the tidal flats.
According to data released by the National Oceanographic Research Institute, during high tide, the west coast floods quickly, at an average rate of 1m per hour and a maximum of 1.5m, resulting in drowning and hypothermia deaths among those isolated on the mudflats.
In particular, in the case of nighttime tsunami, coastal fog, that is, sea fog, causes people to lose direction, and in this case, not only the disoriented person but also the police officers who rescue them are frequently exposed to dangerous situations.
In addition, the cause of sea fog on the West Coast is unknown and difficult to predict, so the frequency of stranded and disoriented people due to coastal fog is increasing.
When the visibility distance due to tidal sea fog is 200m, the stranded person loses direction, and when the visibility distance due to sea fog is 20m, the person who loses direction becomes panicked and is at high risk.
Therefore, search and rescue of people who are disoriented in tidal flats due to sea fog must be carried out quickly and efficiently.
The currently used method of searching for a person who is disoriented is to use lanterns, loudspeakers, whistles, or communication equipment to deploy search personnel into the mudflats and use light or sound to identify and approach the location of the person who has lost direction on the mudflat. .
However, this method relies heavily on the search experience of the on-site police officer or luck due to improving weather, and has the problem that bad weather or external factors can pose a risk not only to the person who is disoriented but also to the police officer conducting the search. .
As an example of a device for rescuing such a person in distress, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2016-0066346 (published on June 10, 2016) has a device that determines whether the vehicle has approached the point where the turn signal light is scheduled to be input based on a predetermined driving path. Designated point approach judgment unit, turn signal input judgment unit that determines whether the turn signal light has been input when it is determined that the turn signal light input point is approaching, and a turn signal light that requests input of the turn signal light when it is determined that the turn signal light has not been input. A route guidance device and method linked to a turn signal including an input request unit are disclosed.
In addition, in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2022-0148602 (published on November 7, 2022), a photovoltaic cell made of flexible materials or a fan for wind power generation is used to generate solar power or wind power, thereby reducing weather and Disclosed is a distress display device for life-saving equipment that not only enables continuous power supply regardless of the condition, but also uses structural features that allow the balloon to rotate in all directions using wind power.
However, in the case of the above-mentioned rescue device, only simple functions such as turn signals or fans for wind power generation are provided, making it difficult to secure visibility due to thick sea fog and tidal flats that require rapid search and rescue due to rising wheat. There are limits to its application to the rescue of people who have lost direction.
It includes a fixture that is inserted and fixed into the ground, a notification portion that informs the surroundings of the location of the fixture, and a connection portion that jointly connects the fixture and neighboring fixtures, wherein the notification portion includes an LED turn light that emits light, the It is composed of a GPS that transmits the location of the fixed part to the surrounding area and a GPS mounting device that accommodates and mounts the GPS, so that a guideline to the coast is established by installing a support stand on the mudflat when searching and moving for a person who has lost direction in the mudflat, thereby protecting against sea fog. We aim to provide a tidal flat direction rescue light device for rescuing people who have lost their sense of direction in the mudflats, which is designed to search for people who have lost their sense of direction and enable their safe return to the coast even when visibility deteriorates due to .
