Description

향균수지조성물을 포함하는 향균타일제조방법 및 이를 통하여 제조된 향균타일 {Antibacterial tile manufacturing method including antibacterial resin composition and antibacterial tile manufactured through thereof}Antibacterial tile manufacturing method including antibacterial resin composition and antibacterial tile manufactured through the same}

Method for manufacturing antibacterial tiles containing an antibacterial resin composition and antibacterial tiles manufactured thereby.

Existing antibacterial tiles were generally formed by mixing antibacterial substances with water to create a suspension and applying it on the surface of the tile or mixing it with a glaze and applying it to the surface together.

However, this method is difficult to distribute evenly over a large surface area inside the porous ceramic tile, and if some antibacterial substances are aggregated, they can block the pores inside the porous ceramic tile, which can have the side effect of reducing moisture absorption and desorption. There were difficulties in applying it to porous tiles that showed moisture resistance.

Furthermore, antibacterial substances applied through a simple application method may be affected by physical contact and changes in environmental temperature and humidity over time and may detach from the surface of the porous ceramic tile, so periodic reapplication is necessary to see a continuous effect. Because it requires a lot of work, it has limitations in terms of convenience and economic feasibility.

In addition, in the case of general tiles, when they are damaged, the end is often sharp and resembles a glass knife, which poses a threat to user safety.

(2022. 03. 03.)Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 10-2022-0024165 (2022. 03. 03.)

Hereinafter, the components of the main component and the hardener will be described in more detail.

1. 주제부1. Topic section

The main component according to an embodiment of the present invention may be provided to include bisphenol A diglycidyl ether, 1,6-bis(2,3-epoxypropoxy)hexane, and a silver-based inorganic antibacterial agent.

More specifically, the main part according to an embodiment of the present invention includes 75 to 85 parts by weight of bisphenol A diglycidyl ether based on 100 parts by weight of the main part, and the 1,6-bis (2,3-epoxyprop Poxy)hexane (1,6-Bis(2,3-epoxypropoxy)hexane) is a solvent and may be included in an amount of 5 to 15 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the main component.

Bisphenol A diglycidyl ether is the main component of the main component.

Preferably, bisphenol A diglycidyl ether may be included in an amount of 75 to 85 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the main component.

If the amount of bisphenol A diglycidyl ether is less than 75 parts by weight, the adhesive strength of the present invention is excessively reduced, and if it exceeds 84 parts by weight, the content of bisphenol A diglycidyl ether is excessively high compared to other components, thereby compromising the present invention. This is undesirable because it results in a decrease in the overall physical properties.

The 1,6-Bis(2,3-epoxypropoxy)hexane is a solvent and is included in an amount of 5 to 15 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the main part. It can be.

If the amount of 1,6-bis(2,3-epoxypropoxy)hexane is less than 5 parts by weight, the components constituting the main part cannot be sufficiently dispersed, and if it exceeds 15 parts by weight, the viscosity of the present invention is excessively lowered and the flowability is increased. A problem arises.

Meanwhile, the silver-base inorganic antimicrobial agent consists of a silver-zeolite antimicrobial agent or a silver-zirconium antimicrobial agent, or a mixture thereof. The present invention has antibacterial properties by using a silver-based inorganic antibacterial agent.

In general, organic antibacterial agents cause safety problems for the human body, while inorganic antibacterial agents have the advantage of being harmless to the human body, unlike organic antibacterial agents, and have the advantage of being longer lasting and not generating resistant bacteria compared to organic antibacterial agents. Therefore, the present invention uses an inorganic antibacterial agent that has these advantages, and in particular, uses a silver-based inorganic antibacterial agent in which silver ions, known as the metal with the best antibacterial activity, are supported on an inorganic carrier such as zeolite and zirconium, thereby providing harmless and excellent antibacterial properties. This has the advantage of being continuously maintained.

This silver-based inorganic antibacterial agent is included in an amount of 0.1 to 0.3 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the main component. If the amount of the silver-based inorganic antibacterial agent is less than 0.1 part by weight, it is difficult to expect the required level of antibacterial activity, and if it exceeds 0.3 parts by weight, the synergistic antibacterial effect is minimal compared to the content of the silver-based inorganic antibacterial agent, so it is undesirable from an economic standpoint.

Meanwhile, in this main part, additives such as pigments, ultraviolet stabilizers, modifiers, antifoaming agents, leveling agents, wetting agents, dispersants, flame retardants, antioxidants, etc. commonly used in resin compositions to improve the physical properties of the composition are appropriate within the range of normal use. It is natural that additional amounts may be contained.

2. Hardener section

The hardener part contains benzyl alcohol, 1,3-cyclohexanedimethanamine, and 5-aminomethyl-1,3,3-trimethylcyclohexanemethanamine.

Benzyl alcohol is a solvent and is included in an amount of 10 to 30 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the hardener. If the benzyl alcohol is less than 10 parts by weight, the components constituting the curing agent are not sufficiently dispersed, and if it exceeds 30 parts by weight, the viscosity of the present invention decreases excessively, causing a problem of increased flowability.

And 1,3-Cyclohexanedimethanamine and 5-aminomethyl-1,3,3-trimethylcyclohexanemethanamine It is an amine-based hardener. Preferably, 8 to 10 parts by weight of 1,3-cyclohexanedimethanamine and 8 to 10 parts by weight of 5-aminomethyl-1,3,3-trimethylcyclohexanemethanamine are contained per 100 parts by weight of the curing agent. Includes weight.

The present invention is achieved by mixing the main part and the hardener part. Considering the reactivity and usability of the present invention, the main part and the hardener part are mixed at a weight ratio of 2:1.

The present invention, which has the above composition, can be used as a molding raw material for various products such as crafts, sinks, architectural finishing materials such as tiles, etc., or as a coating agent for finishing the surfaces of various products.

The present invention is a resin composition based on an epoxy resin containing a silver-based inorganic antibacterial agent, and has excellent adhesion, water resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and weather resistance, and has excellent and persistent antibacterial properties due to the silver-based inorganic antibacterial agent.

In particular, because it contains a silver-based inorganic antibacterial agent, it poses less harm to the human body compared to the case where an organic antibacterial agent is used, and excellent antibacterial properties are maintained for a long period of time. Therefore, using products molded or coated with the present invention reduces the risk of being infected with pathogens, thereby creating a hygienic living environment.

According to the experimental results shown in Table 3, it can be seen that the specimen according to the embodiment of the present invention shows a bacterial reduction rate of about 99.9% or more for Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

The present invention, which has the above composition, can also be used as a coating agent for finishing the surfaces of various facilities or various facilities such as agricultural and marine product processing farms.

Therefore, when the present invention is used in facilities for processing and cultivating agricultural and marine products, the risk of infection with pathogens is reduced, thereby creating a hygienic living environment.
