The present invention relates to a temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet suitable for fixing and peeling work and a laminate using the same.
For devices such as optical members and electronic components as workpieces, the devices are fixed to a substrate (pedestal) through an adhesive layer of an adhesive sheet during processes such as processing, assembly (lamination), and inspection. all. And, after completion of the process, the work is peeled from the substrate.
As an adhesive used in the above adhesive sheet, for example, Patent Document 1 describes a copolymer obtained by polymerizing stearyl acrylate, methyl acrylate, and acrylic acid, or a copolymer obtained by polymerizing behenyl acrylate, methyl acrylate, and acrylic acid. Additionally, Patent Document 2 discloses (meth)acrylate having a 16 to 22 linear alkyl group, (meth)acrylate having an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, an ethylenically unsaturated monomer having a carboxyl group or a hydroxyl group, and reactivity. When the temperature-sensitive adhesive disclosed in Patent Document 1 is used, in a high-temperature atmosphere, the adherend can be fixed by the adhesive force exerted by the adhesive, and on the other hand, when cooled, the adhesive strength decreases and the adherend can be peeled off. In addition, when the temperature-sensitive adhesive disclosed in Patent Document 2 is used, an adherend can be fixed by the adhesive force exerted by the adhesive under the ambient temperature during a normal process, and on the other hand, by cooling, the adhesive strength decreases, The complex can be peeled off.
However, many of the above devices have conventionally been rigid, but recently, flexible devices have appeared. For example, in recent years, there has been a growing movement from hard liquid crystal devices to flexible organic light emitting diode (OLED) devices as optical members. Therefore, a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet that is compatible with such flexible devices is also needed.
However, when the temperature-sensitive adhesive disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2 was applied to the above flexible device, it was difficult to say that the handling properties for fixation and peeling were sufficient.
The present invention was made in consideration of the above-described actual situation, and its purpose is to provide a temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet with excellent handling properties even when applied to a flexible device, and a laminate using the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위해, 첫째로 본 발명은, 적어도 점착제층을 구비한 감온성 점착 시트로서, -20 ℃ 에 있어서의 대 (對) 유리 점착력이 1.5 N/25 ㎜ 미만이고, 80 ℃ 에 있어서의 대 유리 점착력이 2.0 N/25 ㎜ 이상이고, 상기 점착제층의 -20 ℃ 에 있어서의 저장 탄성률이 1 ㎫ 이상, 500 ㎫ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 감온성 점착 시트를 제공한다 (발명 1).In order to achieve the above object, firstly, the present invention is a temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet provided with at least an adhesive layer, the adhesive force to glass at -20°C is less than 1.5 N/25 mm, and the adhesive force at 80°C is less than 1.5 N/25 mm. A temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet is provided, wherein the adhesive force to glass is 2.0 N/25 mm or more, and the storage modulus of the adhesive layer at -20°C is 1 MPa or more and 500 MPa or less (invention 1).
According to the above-described invention (invention 1), even when the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet is applied to a flexible device, it has excellent handling properties against fixation and peeling. That is, during processes at room temperature and high temperatures, the work can be firmly fixed to the substrate, and the process can be performed without problems. Additionally, when the adhesive layer is cooled to a low temperature, the adhesive strength of the adhesive layer decreases, and thus the work can be easily peeled from the substrate.

상기 발명 (발명 6) 에 있어서는, 상기 (메트)아크릴산에스테르 중합체 (A) 가, 당해 중합체를 구성하는 모노머 단위로서, 분자 내에 카르복시기를 갖는 모노머를 함유하는 것이 바람직하다 (발명 7).In the above invention (invention 6), the (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer (A) preferably contains a monomer having a carboxyl group in the molecule as a monomer unit constituting the polymer (invention 7).

상기 발명 (발명 1 ∼ 8) 에 관련된 감온성 점착 시트는, 공정 중에는 상기 점착제층을 개재하여 워크를 기판에 고정시키고, 공정 종료 후, 상기 워크를 상기 점착제층으로부터 박리하는 용도에 사용되는 것이 바람직하다 (발명 9).The temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the above inventions (inventions 1 to 8) is preferably used for fixing a work to a substrate through the adhesive layer during the process and peeling the work from the adhesive layer after the process is completed. (Invention 9).
상기 발명 (발명 9) 에 있어서는, 상기 워크에 있어서의 상기 점착제층측의 면의 표면 조도 Ra 가 0.01 ㎛ 이상, 80 ㎛ 이하인 것이 바람직하다 (발명 10).In the above invention (invention 9), it is preferable that the surface roughness Ra of the surface of the work on the side of the adhesive layer is 0.01 μm or more and 80 μm or less (invention 10).

12).In the above inventions (inventions 9 to 11), the work may be a flexible device (invention 12).
상기 발명 (발명 1 ∼ 12) 에 있어서는, 상기 감온성 점착 시트가, 2 장의 박리 시트를 구비하고 있고, 상기 점착제층이, 상기 2 장의 박리 시트의 박리면과 접하도록 상기 박리 시트에 협지되어 있는 것이 바람직하다 (발명 13).In the above inventions (inventions 1 to 12), the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet is provided with two release sheets, and the adhesive layer is sandwiched between the release sheets so as to be in contact with the release surfaces of the two release sheets. Preferred (Invention 13).
둘째로 본 발명은, 플렉시블 디바이스와, 상기 감온성 점착 시트 (발명 1 ∼ 13) 의 상기 점착제층과, 기판을 그 순서대로 적층하여 이루어지는 적층체를 제공한다 (발명 14).Second, the present invention provides a laminate formed by laminating a flexible device, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the temperature-sensitive pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (Inventions 1 to 13), and a substrate in that order (Invention 14).
The temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the present invention has excellent handling properties against fixation and peeling even when applied to flexible devices. Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view of a laminate according to one embodiment of the present invention.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
The temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention has at least an adhesive layer, and is preferably formed by laminating a release sheet on one or both sides of the adhesive layer.
The temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the present embodiment is used to process a device such as an optical member or an electronic member as a workpiece (work) onto a substrate through an adhesive layer of the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet during processes such as processing, assembly (lamination), inspection, etc. It is preferably used for fixing. After completion of the above process, the work is peeled from the substrate. In addition, the above-mentioned substrate is used to support and fix the workpiece during the process, and also includes concepts such as a pedestal.
The workpiece is not particularly limited, but flexible devices such as flexible optical members and electronic members are preferable. Additionally, the work is preferably one that includes a heating step (for example, a heating step of 40°C or higher and 200°C or lower) among the above processes. Examples of such heating processes include a metal deposition process for forming transparent electrode wiring, a resin curing process, and the like. From these viewpoints, for example, flexible organic light-emitting diode (OLED) devices, flexible liquid crystal devices, etc. are preferable as the workpiece, and flexible OLED devices are particularly preferable.
The substrate is not particularly limited as long as it can fix the work through the adhesive layer of the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet, but even if a heating process such as a metal vapor deposition process or a resin curing process is included in the above process, deformation or It is desirable that no change in appearance occurs. In addition, the workpiece is bonded to the substrate through the adhesive layer of the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet, but during the above process and in the process of peeling off the workpiece, the adhesive layer and the substrate must be sufficiently fixed. For example, if the surface of the substrate is rough, the adhesion between the substrate and the adhesive layer decreases, which may cause the adhesive layer to peel off from the substrate during the process. Therefore, it is desirable that the surface of the substrate on the work fixing side is smooth. From this viewpoint, a glass substrate is particularly preferable as the substrate.
The temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the present embodiment has an adhesive force to glass at -20°C of less than 1.5 N/25 mm and an adhesive force to glass at 80°C of 2.0 N/25 mm or more. And the adhesive layer of the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet according to this embodiment has a storage elastic modulus of 1 MPa or more and 500 MPa or less at -20°C. Since the adhesion to glass at -20°C and 80°C and the storage elastic modulus at -20°C are the above-mentioned values, the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet has excellent handling properties against fixation and peeling even when applied to a flexible device. . Specifically, in processes at room temperature and high temperature, the work can be firmly fixed to the substrate by the adhesive force of the adhesive layer in the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet, and the process can be performed without problems. On the other hand, when the adhesive layer (or work/substrate) is cooled to a low temperature (preferably cooled to around -20°C), the adhesive strength of the adhesive layer decreases, thereby making it possible to easily peel the work from the substrate.
Here, the adhesive force in this specification basically refers to the adhesive force measured by the 180-degree peeling method according to JIS Z 0237:2009, and the measurement sample is 25 mm in width and 100 mm in length, and the measurement sample is It is attached to the complex, pressurized at 0.5 MPa and 50°C for 20 minutes, left for 24 hours under conditions of normal pressure, desired temperature, and 50%RH, and then measured at a peeling speed of 2.0 m/min. In addition, “adhesion to glass” in this specification refers to adhesion to soda lime glass. In addition, the method for measuring the storage elastic modulus in this specification is as shown in the test examples described later.
As a work to which the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the present embodiment is applied, it is preferable that the surface in contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet is smooth to some extent. Specifically, the surface roughness Ra of the surface of the work on the adhesive layer side is preferably 80 μm or less, particularly preferably 40 μm or less, and more preferably 10 μm or less. In this way, if the contact surface of the workpiece with the adhesive layer is smooth to some extent, the above-described adhesion when fixing the workpiece is more effectively exhibited.
The lower limit of the surface roughness Ra of the surface on the adhesive layer side of the work is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.01 μm or more, especially 0.1 μm or more, and more preferably 1 μm or more. If the lower limit of the surface roughness Ra is above, the above-mentioned adhesion when fixing the work and ease of peeling when peeling off the work are exhibited more effectively. Furthermore, it is preferable that the surface roughness Ra of the surface of the workpiece on the adhesive layer side is greater than the surface roughness Ra of the substrate. By doing this, the work can be peeled while the adhesive layer is firmly fixed to the substrate side when the work is peeled.
In addition, the surface roughness Ra in this specification is a value measured based on JIS B 0601:2001 with a cutoff value λc = 0.8 mm and an evaluation length ln = 10 mm.
From the viewpoint of the above-mentioned handling properties, especially the ease of peeling of the work, the adhesive strength to glass at -20°C of the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the present embodiment is preferably 1.3 N/25 mm or less, especially 1.0 N/25 mm. It is preferable that it is below. The lower limit of the adhesive force to glass at -20°C is preferably 0.01 N/25 mm or more, especially 0.1 N/25 mm or more, from the viewpoint of peeling the workpiece with the adhesive layer firmly fixed to the substrate side. desirable.
From the viewpoint of the above-mentioned handling properties, especially work fixation during the process, the adhesive strength to glass at 80°C of the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the present embodiment is 2.0 N/25 mm or more, and is preferably 2.2 N/25 mm or more. , especially preferably 2.8 N/25 mm or more. If the lower limit of the adhesion to glass at 80°C is the above, even if a heating step is included in the process, the occurrence of misalignment or peeling of the work during the process is suppressed, and the work can be sufficiently fixed. On the other hand, the upper limit of the adhesive force to glass at 80°C is not particularly limited, but is preferably 70 N/25 mm or less, particularly preferably 40 N/25 mm or less, and more preferably 20 N/25 mm or less. .
In addition, from the viewpoint of the above-mentioned handling properties, especially work fixation during the process, the adhesive strength to glass at 23°C of the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the present embodiment is preferably 2.0 N/25 mm or more, especially 2.8 N/25. It is preferable that it is mm or more, and moreover, it is preferable that it is 3.4 N/25 mm or more. On the other hand, the upper limit of the adhesion to glass at 23°C is preferably 30 N/25 mm or less, especially 15 N/25 mm or less, and more preferably 10 N/25 mm or less from the viewpoint of reworkability. desirable.
In the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the present embodiment, the ratio of the adhesive force to glass at -20°C to the adhesive force to glass at 23°C is preferably 1% or more, especially preferably 5% or more, and further preferably It is preferable that it is 10% or more. If the lower limit of the adhesive force ratio is above, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of lifting and peeling at the interface between the substrate and the adhesive layer when peeling the workpiece by cooling to a low temperature. Moreover, the ratio of the adhesive strength is preferably 40% or less, particularly preferably 35% or less, and more preferably 30% or less. If the upper limit of the ratio of the adhesive strength is above, when cooled to a low temperature, the adhesive strength is sufficiently lowered, and the peelability of the work becomes more excellent. Therefore, when the ratio of the adhesive force is within the above range, both the adhesion when fixing the work and the ease of peeling the work are achieved.
In addition, in the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the present embodiment, the ratio of the adhesive force to glass at 23 ° C. to the adhesive force to glass at 80 ° C. is preferably 10% or more, especially preferably 30% or more, and further. is preferably 50% or more. If the lower limit of the adhesive force ratio is above, the adhesive force will not be excessively low even if a heating step is included in the process, preventing misalignment or peeling of the workpiece during the process, and securing the workpiece more sufficiently. You can. The upper limit of the adhesive strength ratio is not particularly limited, but is preferably 300% or less, especially 200% or less, and more preferably 100% or less. Therefore, when the ratio of the adhesive force is within the above range, both work fixation at room temperature and work fixation at high temperature can be performed more satisfactorily.
The adhesive force of the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the present embodiment to a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film with a surface roughness Ra of 2.7 μm (the surface is very smooth) at -20°C is preferably 1.2 N/25 mm or less, In particular, it is preferably 1.0 N/25 mm or less, and more preferably 0.8 N/25 mm or less. As a result, when the surface condition of the work is equivalent to that of the PET film, the work can be more easily removed from the adhesive layer when the adhesive layer (or work/substrate) is cooled to a low temperature (preferably cooled to around -20°C). It can be peeled off. Meanwhile, the lower limit of the adhesive force is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.01 N/25 mm or more, especially 0.05 N/25 mm or more, and more preferably 0.1 N/25 mm or more.
In addition, the adhesive force of the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the present embodiment to a PET film with a surface roughness Ra of 60 μm (the surface is relatively smooth) at -20°C is preferably 1.0 N/25 mm or less, especially 0.8 N. It is preferable that it is /25 mm or less, and moreover, it is preferable that it is 0.6 N/25 mm or less. Accordingly, when the surface condition of the work is equivalent to that of the PET film, the work can be easily peeled off from the adhesive layer when the adhesive layer (or work/substrate) is cooled to a low temperature (preferably cooled to around -20°C). can do. Meanwhile, the lower limit of the adhesive force is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.01 N/25 mm or more, especially 0.05 N/25 mm or more, and more preferably 0.1 N/25 mm or more.
From the viewpoint of the above-mentioned handling properties, especially the ease of peeling of the work, the storage modulus of the adhesive layer of the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the present embodiment at -20 ° C is 1 MPa or more, preferably 5 MPa or more, and especially 10 MPa. It is desirable to have more than that. Moreover, the storage elastic modulus is preferably 500 MPa or less, preferably 300 MPa or less, and especially preferably 100 MPa or less. By setting the upper limit of the storage elastic modulus above, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of lifting and peeling at the interface between the substrate and the adhesive layer when peeling the workpiece by cooling to a low temperature.
Moreover, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the temperature-sensitive pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the present embodiment preferably has a storage elastic modulus of 0.01 MPa or more at 80°C, particularly preferably 0.02 MPa or more, and more preferably 0.03 MPa or more. Moreover, the storage elastic modulus is preferably 1 MPa or less, particularly preferably 0.6 MPa or less, and more preferably 0.2 MPa or less. When the storage elastic modulus is within the above range, the adhesion to glass at 80°C (and the adhesion to glass at 23°C) tends to satisfy the above-mentioned values.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the present embodiment preferably has a storage elastic modulus of 0.05 MPa or more at 23°C, particularly preferably 0.08 MPa or more, and more preferably 0.1 MPa or more. Moreover, the storage elastic modulus is preferably 3 MPa or less, particularly preferably 1 MPa or less, and more preferably 0.3 MPa or less. When the storage elastic modulus is within the above range, the adhesion to glass at 23°C (and the adhesion to glass at 80°C) tends to satisfy the above-mentioned values.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the temperature-sensitive pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the present embodiment preferably has a ratio of the storage elastic modulus at -20°C to the storage elastic modulus at 23°C of 500% or more, especially preferably 1,000% or more, and furthermore, It is preferably 5,000% or more. In this way, as the storage elastic modulus increases with cooling from 23°C to -20°C, the peelability of the work becomes more excellent. Moreover, the ratio of the storage modulus is preferably 100,000% or less, particularly preferably 50,000% or less, and more preferably 30,000% or less. If the upper limit of the ratio of the storage elastic modulus is above, it can be prevented that the storage elastic modulus increases excessively when cooling from 23°C to -20°C and the work is inadvertently peeled from the adhesive layer. Therefore, when the ratio of the storage elastic modulus is within the above range, both the adhesion when fixing the work and the peelability of the work are more excellent.
In addition, the ratio of the storage elastic modulus at 80°C to the storage elastic modulus at 23°C of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the present embodiment is preferably 15% or more, particularly preferably 20% or more, and further. is preferably 25% or more. By setting the lower limit of the ratio of the storage elastic modulus above, the adhesive force is suppressed from being excessively low even if a heating step is included in the process, preventing the occurrence of misalignment or peeling of the work during the process, and more sufficiently fixing the work. You can do it. The upper limit of the storage modulus ratio is not particularly limited, but is preferably 300% or less, especially 150% or less, and more preferably 80% or less. When the ratio of the storage elastic modulus is within the above range, both work fixation at room temperature and work fixation at high temperature can be performed more satisfactorily.
A specific configuration as an example of the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet according to the present embodiment is shown in FIG. 1.
As shown in FIG. 1, the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 according to one embodiment includes two release sheets 12a and 12b, and the two release sheets 12a and 12b are in contact with the release surfaces of the two release sheets 12a and 12b. It is composed of an adhesive layer (11) sandwiched between release sheets (12a, 12b). In addition, the release surface of the release sheet in this specification refers to the surface of the release sheet that has peelability, and includes both a surface that has been subjected to a peeling treatment and a surface that exhibits peelability even without performing a peeling treatment.

1-1. adhesive layer
The adhesive constituting the adhesive layer 11 of the temperature-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 according to the present embodiment is not particularly limited as long as the above-mentioned physical properties are satisfied, but is preferably an adhesive containing a polyrotaxane compound. A polyrotaxane compound has a mechanical bond between a cyclic molecule and a linear molecule penetrating it, allowing the cyclic molecule to freely move on the linear molecule. Due to the sliding effect based on this structure, the resulting adhesive exhibits high stress relaxation properties and plasticizing effects, and while maintaining high adhesive strength, it becomes possible to improve cohesion by mixing a large amount of the crosslinking agent described later. On the other hand, it is easy to introduce side chains that crystallize at low temperatures into the cyclic molecules of polyrotaxane compounds. In this way, the polyrotaxane compound into which side chains that crystallize at low temperatures are introduced becomes a non-adhesive component at low temperatures. Additionally, the polyrotaxane compound tends to become incompatible at low temperatures and segregate on the surface of the adhesive layer. Therefore, when the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 11 is cooled to a low temperature, the polyrotaxane compound that becomes the non-adhesive component is segregated on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 11, thereby significantly lowering the adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 11. . In this way, the adhesive containing the polyrotaxane compound can exhibit high adhesive strength at room temperature and high temperature, but when cooled to low temperature, the adhesive strength decreases significantly. Therefore, the adhesive layer 11 made of an adhesive containing a polyrotaxane compound is likely to satisfy the above-mentioned physical properties.
The type of adhesive constituting the adhesive layer 11 may be, for example, an acrylic adhesive, a polyester adhesive, a polyurethane adhesive, a rubber adhesive, or a silicone adhesive. Additionally, the adhesive may be of an emulsion type, solvent type, or non-solvent type, and may be of a crosslinked type or non-crosslinked type. Among them, an acrylic adhesive that easily satisfies the above-mentioned physical properties and also has excellent adhesive properties is preferable.
Additionally, the acrylic adhesive may be one that is active energy ray-curable or may be non-curable by active energy ray, but in order to exhibit the action of the polyrotaxane compound satisfactorily, it is preferable that it is non-curable by active energy ray. As an active energy ray non-curable acrylic adhesive, a crosslinked type is particularly preferable, and a heat crosslinked type is particularly preferable.
The adhesive according to the present embodiment is, in particular, an adhesive composition (hereinafter referred to as “adhesive composition P”) containing a (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer (A), a crosslinking agent (B), and a polyrotaxane compound (C). It is preferable that the adhesive is an adhesive formed by crosslinking the adhesive composition P. Such an adhesive easily satisfies the above-mentioned physical properties, and also exhibits good adhesive force and a certain level of cohesion, so it is also excellent in durability. In addition, in this specification, (meth)acrylic acid means both acrylic acid and methacrylic acid. Other similar terms are also the same. In addition, “polymer” shall also include the concept of “copolymer.”
(1) Components of adhesive composition P
(A) (1-1) (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer (A)
The (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer (A) preferably has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C or lower, particularly preferably -20°C or lower, and more preferably -40°C or lower. Moreover, the glass transition temperature (Tg) is preferably -80°C or higher, especially preferably -70°C or higher, and more preferably -60°C or higher. When the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer (A) is -20°C or lower, the resulting pressure-sensitive adhesive is likely to exhibit desirable viscoelasticity, and has better adhesive strength at room and high temperatures and ease of peeling at low temperatures. It can be done excellently. In addition, the method of measuring the glass transition temperature (Tg) is as shown in the test example described later.

Moreover, the content is preferably 30% by mass or less, especially preferably 25% by mass or less, and more preferably 20% by mass or less.
The (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer (A) contains a reactive functional group-containing monomer as a monomer unit constituting the polymer, and reacts with a crosslinking agent (B) described later through a reactive functional group derived from the reactive functional group-containing monomer, Thereby, a crosslinked structure (three-dimensional network structure) is formed, and an adhesive having the desired cohesive force is obtained.
The reactive functional group-containing monomer contained in the (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer (A) as a monomer unit constituting the polymer includes a monomer having a hydroxyl group in the molecule (hydroxyl group-containing monomer), a monomer having a carboxyl group in the molecule (carboxy group-containing monomer) ), a monomer having an amino group in the molecule (amino group-containing monomer), etc. These reactive functional group-containing monomers may be used individually or in combination of two or more types.
Here, the cyclic molecule of the polyrotaxane compound (C) often has a reactive hydroxyl group, but as described above, in order to segregate the polyrotaxane compound (C) on the surface of the adhesive layer 11 at low temperature, It is preferable not to react the polyrotaxane compound (C) and the crosslinking agent (B). To that end, it is preferable to select a crosslinking agent (B) that has low reactivity with hydroxyl groups, and specifically, it is preferable to select one that has high reactivity with carboxyl groups. Therefore, among the above reactive functional group-containing monomers, carboxyl group-containing monomers are particularly preferable. In addition, the carboxyl group-containing monomer can also increase the adhesive strength of the obtained adhesive.

The (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer (A) preferably contains 1% by mass or more of a reactive functional group-containing monomer as a monomer unit constituting the polymer, particularly preferably 2% by mass or more, and more preferably 3% by mass. It is desirable to contain the above. Moreover, it is preferable to contain 30 mass% or less of a reactive functional group-containing monomer, especially preferably 21 mass% or less, and more preferably 12 mass% or less. When the content of the reactive functional group-containing monomer is within the above range, the resulting pressure-sensitive adhesive has a higher cohesive force and has a higher adhesive strength, especially at high temperatures.
The (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer (A) may, as desired, contain other monomers as monomer units constituting the polymer. Because it is a solution polymerization product, a high molecular weight polymer can be easily obtained, and an adhesive with superior adhesive strength at high temperatures can be obtained.

Moreover, the weight average molecular weight is preferably 2.5 million or less, especially 2 million or less, and more preferably 1.6 million or less. If the upper limit of the weight average molecular weight is above, the adhesive strength of the obtained adhesive will be higher at room temperature and high temperature. Therefore, if the weight average molecular weight of the (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer (A) is within the above range, the resulting adhesive can more effectively achieve both adhesion at room temperature and high temperature and ease of peeling at low temperature. In addition, the weight average molecular weight in this specification is a standard polystyrene conversion value measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) method.

(C) (1-3) Polyrotaxane compound (C)
The polyrotaxane compound (C) is a compound in which a linear molecule penetrates the openings of at least two cyclic molecules and has block groups at both ends of the linear molecule. In this polyrotaxane compound (C), the cyclic molecule can move freely on the linear molecule, but the blocking group has a structure in which the cyclic molecule cannot escape from the linear molecule. That is, linear molecules and cyclic molecules maintain their shape while exerting a sliding effect through so-called mechanical bonds rather than chemical bonds such as covalent bonds. When the adhesive (adhesive composition P) according to the present embodiment contains a polyrotaxane compound (C) having such a mechanical bond, the resulting adhesive exhibits high stress relaxation properties and plasticizing effects, maintains high adhesive strength, and contains a crosslinking agent. It becomes possible to improve cohesion by mixing a large amount of (B).
The polyrotaxane compound (C) in the present embodiment preferably has a cyclic oligosaccharide having a side chain that crystallizes at low temperature as a cyclic molecule. The polyrotaxane compound (C), which has such a cyclic oligosaccharide as a cyclic molecule, becomes a non-adhesive component at low temperatures. As described above, since the polyrotaxane compound (C) tends to segregate on the surface of the adhesive layer 11 at low temperatures, when the adhesive layer 11 is cooled to a low temperature, the polyrotaxane becomes a non-adhesive component. The compound segregates on the surface of the adhesive layer 11, and the adhesive strength of the adhesive layer 11 significantly decreases. In addition, in this specification, “cyclic” in “cyclic molecule” or “cyclic oligosaccharide” means substantially “cyclic.” In other words, as long as movement is possible on a linear molecule, the cyclic molecule does not have to be a completely closed ring, and may, for example, have a helical structure.
Side chains that crystallize at low temperatures (low-temperature crystallization side chains) include caprolactone chains, polyethylene glycol chains, polyester chains, polyamide chains, and polybutadiene chains.
Preferred cyclic oligosaccharides include cyclodextrins such as α-cyclodextrin, β-cyclodextrin, and γ-cyclodextrin. These cyclodextrins have a reactive hydroxyl group, and it is easy to introduce a side chain that crystallizes at low temperature through the hydroxyl group. Among the above, α-cyclodextrin is particularly preferable from the viewpoint of ease of peeling at low temperatures. Two or more types of cyclic molecules of the polyrotaxane compound (C) may be mixed in the polyrotaxane compound (C) or in the adhesive (adhesive composition P).
The linear molecule of the polyrotaxane compound (C) is a molecule or substance that can be enclosed in a cyclic molecule and integrated by mechanical bonds rather than chemical bonds such as covalent bonds, and is not particularly limited as long as it is linear. In addition, in this specification, “linear chain” in “linear molecule” means that it is substantially a “linear chain.” In other words, as long as a cyclic molecule can move on a linear molecule, the linear molecule may have a branched chain.
Examples of the linear molecule of the polyrotaxane compound (C) include polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, polyisoprene, polyisobutylene, polybutadiene, polytetrahydrofuran, polyacrylic acid ester, polydimethylsiloxane, Polyethylene, polypropylene, etc. are preferable, and two or more types of these linear molecules may be mixed in the adhesive composition P.
The lower limit of the number average molecular weight of the linear molecules of the polyrotaxane compound (C) is preferably 3,000 or more, particularly preferably 10,000 or more, and more preferably 20,000 or more. If the lower limit of the number average molecular weight is more than the above, the amount of movement of the cyclic molecules on the linear molecules is ensured, and the stress relaxation property of the adhesive is sufficiently obtained. Additionally, the number average molecular weight of the linear molecules of the polyrotaxane compound (C) is preferably 300,000 or less as an upper limit, especially preferably 200,000 or less, and more preferably 100,000 or less. If the upper limit of the number average molecular weight is the above or less, the solubility of the polyrotaxane compound (C) in the solvent and compatibility with the (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer (A) will be good.
The block group of the polyrotaxane compound (C) is not particularly limited as long as it is a group that can maintain the shape in which the cyclic molecule is skewered by a linear molecule. Such groups include bulky groups, ionic groups, etc.
Specifically, the block group of the polyrotaxane compound (C) is dinitrophenyl group, cyclodextrin group, adamantane group, trityl group, fluorescein group, pyrene group, anthracene group, etc., or a number average molecular weight of 1,000 to 1,000. A polymer main chain or side chain of 1,000,000 is preferable, and two or more of these block groups may be present in the polyrotaxane compound (C) or in the adhesive composition P.
The polyrotaxane compound (C) described above can be obtained by a conventionally known method (for example, the method described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-154675).

It is preferable that it is more than 27 parts by mass, and more preferably, it is 27 parts by mass or more. If the lower limit of the content of the polyrotaxane compound (C) is above, the ease of peeling of the adhesive layer 11 at low temperatures becomes more excellent. Moreover, the upper limit of the content of the polyrotaxane compound (C) is preferably 70 parts by mass or less, more preferably 60 parts by mass or less, and especially preferably 55 parts by mass or less. If the upper limit of the content of the polyrotaxane compound (C) is above, the adhesive strength of the adhesive layer 11 at room temperature and high temperature becomes more excellent.

In this case, the adhesive composition P becomes an application solution in which the polymerization solvent of the (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer (A) is used as a dilution solvent.
