Claims (4)

시간복잡도, 공간복잡도 및 유사복잡도 기반의 병원 내원 환자 미수금 결제유도방법에 있어서,
(a) 클라우드서버가 사용자단말로부터 환자ID 및 위치정보를 수신하고, 사용자단말의 위치가 병원내에 위치하는지 판단하여 환자의 병원도착여부를 확인하는 단계;
(b) 클라우드서버가 사용자단말의 위치가 병원내이면, 환자ID를 병원서버에 전송하고, 병원서버는 수신된 환자ID에 기초하여 환자정보를 조회하고, 환자정보 조회결과를 클라우드서버에 전송하는 단계;
(c) 클라우드서버가 사용자단말의 위치정보에 의해 공간복잡도를 계산하고, 사용자단말의 결제수납시간, 환자의 당일 진료일정, 미래 선수납시간, 평균병원체류시간에 의해 시간복잡도를 계산하는 단계;
(d) 클라우드서버가 계산된 공간복잡도와 시간복잡도에 따라 환자의 미수금 현황을 포함하는 안내메시지를 생성하여 사용자단말에 전송하는 단계;
(e) 사용자단말이 수신된 안내메시지를 승인하고, 클라우드서버에 진료예약비에 대한 결제요청을 하면, 클라우드서버는 결제모듈을 탑재한 병원서버에 진료예약비 결제요청을 하고, 병원서버는 진료예약비에 대한 결제프로세스를 진행하고, 결제가 완료되면 클라우드서버에 알림메시지를 보내는 단계; 및
(f) 클라우드서버가 병원서버로부터 결제 완료 알림을 수신하면, 사용자단말의 최근 이용메뉴를 분석하여 유사복잡도를 계산하고, 진료정보에 따라 진료대기순번표를 생성하여 사용자단말에 전송하는 단계;를 포함하고
상기 클라우드서버는 시간복잡도를 기반으로 평균 결제 시간 및 체류시간을 파악하여 평균 결제 시간보다 체류시간이 길어지는 시점을 임계점으로 하여 미수납 확인 여부를 체크하고,
상기 유사복잡도는 환자가 병원을 방문하여 이용빈도가 높은 20개의 이용메뉴를 분석하여 다음 행동에 대한 유사성 계산 및 추천을 통해 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시간복잡도, 공간복잡도 및 유사복잡도 기반의 병원 내원 환자 미수금 결제유도방법.
