Example two
In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an embodiment of another method of offer repayment of a financial product, it being noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the figures may be performed in a computer system, such as a set of computer executable instructions, and, although a logical sequence is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in a different order than that illustrated herein.

Through the steps, the information to be paid is received firstly, wherein the information to be paid is sent by the service client side based on the payment willingness of the user side; then generating an offer repayment short message based on the information to be repayment, and sending the offer repayment short message to the user; and finally, receiving repayment operation of the user side, and updating repayment records of corresponding users of the user side based on the repayment operation.
In this embodiment, after soliciting a payment willingness of a user, the service client sends information to be paid related to a user corresponding to the user, based on the information to be paid, an offer payment short message is automatically generated, the offer payment short message includes a payment link, after the offer payment short message is sent to the user, the user can directly pay for the overdue product through the payment link, after receiving the payment operation of the user, the payment record corresponding to the user is automatically updated, the user is invited to pay by the mode of the offer payment short message, the payment process is simplified, the user does not need off-line payment, the payment experience of the user can be improved, the payment willingness of the user is enhanced, the payment efficiency is improved, and further the technical problems that in the related technology, the payment process is complicated and the processing efficiency is low are solved by the mode of the service personnel urging and paying off-line for the overdue financial product.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following steps.
Step S201, receiving information to be paid, wherein the information to be paid is sent by a service client based on the payment willingness of a user.

It should be noted that, before receiving the information to be paid, the financial institution will screen the financial products of the institution in advance, for example, screen the financial products with higher bad account rate, configure the offer payment policy for the screened financial products, and monitor the actual situation of the financial products in real time.

It should be noted that, after the service client requests a repayment willingness from a user corresponding to the user end, the service client may obtain product information, loan receipt information and other information of a financial product which is overdue and not repayment of the user based on the user identifier, and generate information to be repayment, and send the information to be repayment to the offer repayment system, where the information to be repayment includes but is not limited to: user name, user identification, user contact, loan information, and amount to be paid.
The method is characterized in that the offer repayment short message provides a repayment inlet for a user through carrying a repayment link, wherein the repayment link is generated based on a repayment H5 interface, and the repayment H5 interface intuitively displays information to be repayment of the financial product under the name of the user through a visual interface. After receiving the information to be paid of the user, an H5 payment interface can be automatically constructed according to the information to be paid, a pre-established H5 template can be selected in the construction process of the H5 payment interface to directly embed the information to be paid into each module of the template, the H5 interface can be customized, the information to be paid is input into each module, and the H5 payment interface comprises but is not limited to the following modules: the system comprises a user basic information module, a history repayment recording module, a repayment amount module, a repayment mode selection module and an H5 interface, wherein the repayment amount module displays the amount required to be repayed by the user, the repayment amount is accumulated by principal, interest and penalty information, the repayment mode selection module is used for selecting repayment modes according to actual demands, such as bank card repayment, third party payment application repayment and the like, the H5 interface is also provided with an immediate repayment button, the user can click the immediate repayment button after determining that the information is correct, the user can jump to the corresponding payment interface to pay, after the H5 repayment interface special for the target user is generated, a link is created for the interface, so that a repayment link is obtained, and the repayment link is input into an offer repayment short message.
After the H5 payment interface is created, a third party application payment interface, such as a WeChat payment application, a Payment device payment application, a financial institution APP, etc., needs to be added to the payment mode selection module, and the user side jumps to the corresponding payment interface by clicking the immediate payment button.
In order to avoid the situation of wrong repayment of the user caused by wrong information, the embodiment of the invention also needs to configure an identity verification strategy for the established repayment link, and after clicking the repayment link, the user needs to open an H5 repayment interface corresponding to the repayment link through identity verification.

Alternatively, when authentication is performed, firstly, the identity information submitted by the user terminal during registration is obtained, the preliminary authentication result of the user for preliminary authentication is determined according to the identity information, the character combination authentication information is selected and displayed based on the preliminary authentication result, the authentication operation of the user terminal is received, the characters clicked by the user are sequentially arranged, then the characters are compared with the character combination authentication information to obtain a comparison result, and the H5 repayment interface is displayed to the user terminal under the condition that the comparison result indicates that the user authentication passes.
After receiving the information to be paid sent by the service client, the method needs to automatically generate an offer payment short message according to the information to be paid, the short message carries a pre-created payment link, then the offer payment short message is sent to the user side, and the user pays through the payment link on the user side, so that the payment operation can be completed without going out of the home, the payment efficiency is improved, and the payment willingness of the user is improved.

Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an alternative short message offer repayment process of a financial product according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, in the loan overdue catalytic receipt scene, a repayment inlet is provided for a user by a short message offer repayment manner, so that the user can complete repayment at the user end without leaving the user, and the specific repayment process includes:

The short message content is verified by 6 bits after the borrower identification card number, the subsequent repayment information is displayed after verification is passed, the verification is not passed, the verification is allowed for 3 times at most, and the short message link is in failure processing after 3 times.
Step five, identity verification is carried out;
step six, after passing the identity verification, selecting a payment mode, and finishing repayment through third party payment;
after confirming the repayment information, the customer clicks an immediate repayment button, and the system can finish repayment through payment of a payment bank and the like.
Step seven, updating a user repayment record;
and step eight, automatically processing the loan accounts by the background, and finishing repayment of the user.
Through the embodiment, the repayment process of the user is simplified, the repayment willingness of the user is enhanced, and the collection efficiency is improved.
The following describes in detail another embodiment.

A generating unit 42, configured to generate an offer repayment notification based on the information to be repayment, and send the offer repayment notification to the user side, where the offer repayment notification includes a repayment link;
and the updating unit 43 is configured to receive a payment operation of the user side, and update a payment record of a corresponding user of the user side based on the payment operation.
The offer repayment device receives information to be repayment through the receiving unit 41, where the information to be repayment is sent by the service client based on a repayment wish of the user, and the information to be repayment at least includes: user name, user identity, user contact information, loan information and money to be paid; generating an offer repayment notice based on the information to be repayment through the generating unit 42, and sending the offer repayment notice to the user side, wherein the offer repayment notice comprises a repayment link; the updating unit 43 is configured to receive a payment operation of the user side, and update a payment record of a corresponding user of the user side based on the payment operation.
In this embodiment, after soliciting the payment willingness of the user, the service client sends the information to be paid related to the user corresponding to the user end, automatically generates the offer payment notice based on the information to be paid, the offer payment notice includes a payment link, after sending the offer payment notice to the user end, the user end can directly pay the overdue product through the payment link, after receiving the payment operation of the user end, the user end will automatically update the payment record corresponding to the user, and invite the user to pay by the way of the offer payment notice, thereby simplifying the payment process, the user does not need off-line payment, improving the payment experience sense of the user, enhancing the payment willingness of the user, and further solving the technical problems of complicated payment process and low processing efficiency of the overdue financial product by the way of the service personnel's promotion and off-line payment in the related technology.
Optionally, the offer payment device of the financial product further comprises: the first configuration module is used for selecting loan products and configuring an offer repayment strategy for the selected loan products.
Optionally, the offer payment device of the financial product further comprises: the first monitoring module is used for monitoring loan products configured with an offer repayment strategy in real time to obtain monitoring results; and the first sending module is used for sending reminding information to the service client under the condition that the monitoring result shows that the user side has overdue repayment corresponding to the user, and the service client solicits repayment willingness from the user side.
Optionally, the offer payment device of the financial product further comprises: the first construction module is used for constructing an H5 repayment interface according to the information to be repayment, wherein the H5 repayment interface at least comprises: the system comprises a user basic information module, a history repayment recording module, a repayment mode selection module, an immediate repayment button and a repayment amount module, wherein the repayment amount module is used for displaying repayment amount, and the repayment amount comprises: principal, interest, penalty; the first creation module is used for creating a repayment link for the H5 repayment interface.

The offer payment apparatus for financial products may further include a processor and a memory, wherein the receiving unit 41, the generating unit 42, the updating unit 43, etc. are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor includes a kernel, and the kernel fetches a corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel may set one or more parameters to send an offer payment notification to the user by adjusting the kernel parameters.

The application also provides a computer program product adapted to perform, when executed on a data processing device, a program initialized with the method steps of: receiving information to be paid, wherein the information to be paid is sent by a service client based on the payment willingness of a user, and the information to be paid at least comprises: user name, user identity, user contact information, loan information and money to be paid; generating an offer repayment notice based on the information to be repayment, and sending the offer repayment notice to a user, wherein the offer repayment notice comprises a repayment link; and receiving repayment operation of the user side, and updating repayment records of corresponding users of the user side based on the repayment operation.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram of a hardware structure of an electronic device (or mobile device) of an offer repayment method for a financial product according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the electronic device may include one or more (shown in fig. 5 as 502a, 502b, … …,502 n) processors 502 (the processors 502 may include, but are not limited to, a microprocessor MCU, a programmable logic device FPGA, etc. processing means), a memory 504 for storing data. In addition, the method may further include: a display, an input/output interface (I/O interface), a Universal Serial Bus (USB) port (which may be included as one of the ports of the I/O interface), a network interface, a keyboard, a power supply, and/or a camera. generating an offer repayment notice based on the information to be repayment, and sending the offer repayment notice to the user side, wherein the offer repayment notice comprises a repayment link;
and receiving repayment operation of the user side, and updating repayment records of corresponding users of the user side based on the repayment operation.
2. The offer payment method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to receiving the information to be paid:
selecting a loan product, and configuring an offer repayment strategy for the selected loan product.
3. The offer payment method of claim 2, further comprising, prior to receiving the information to be paid:
real-time monitoring is carried out on the loan products configured with the offer repayment strategy, and a monitoring result is obtained;
and sending reminding information to the service client under the condition that the monitoring result shows that the overdue unremoved money exists in the corresponding user of the user side, and requesting the repayment willingness from the user side by the service client.
4. The offer payment method of claim 1, further comprising, after receiving the information to be paid:
constructing an H5 repayment interface according to the information to be repayment, wherein the H5 repayment interface at least comprises: the payment system comprises a user basic information module, a history payment recording module, a payment mode selection module, an immediate payment button and a payment amount waiting module, wherein the payment amount waiting module is used for displaying the payment amount waiting, and the payment amount waiting comprises: principal, interest, penalty;
and creating the repayment link for the H5 repayment interface.
5. The offer payment method of claim 4, further comprising, after constructing an H5 payment interface from the information to be paid:
and adding a third party payment application interface into the repayment mode selection module, wherein after the user terminal selects the third party payment application in the repayment mode selection module, clicking the immediate repayment button jumps to the third party payment application interface.

generating an offer repayment short message based on the information to be repayment, and sending the offer repayment short message to the user side, wherein the offer repayment short message comprises a repayment link;
and receiving repayment operation of the user side, and updating repayment records of corresponding users of the user side based on the repayment operation.
9. An offer payment apparatus for a financial product, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving information to be paid, wherein the information to be paid is sent by the service client side based on the payment willingness of the user side, and the information to be paid at least comprises: user name, user identity, user contact information, loan information and money to be paid;
the generation unit is used for generating an offer repayment notice based on the information to be repayment and sending the offer repayment notice to the user side, wherein the offer repayment notice comprises a repayment link;
and the updating unit is used for receiving the repayment operation of the user side and updating the repayment record of the user corresponding to the user side based on the repayment operation.

A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer readable storage medium comprises a stored computer program, wherein the computer program when run controls a device in which the computer readable storage medium is located to perform the offer payment method of the financial product according to any one of claims 1 to 8.

An electronic device comprising one or more processors and memory for storing one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the offer payment method of a financial product of any of claims 1 to 8.
