Description
The present invention relates to a flow-through automatic welding device, and in particular, to an automatic welding device configured to weld a corrugated pipe and a flange pipe connected to the corrugated pipe according to various diameters of the corrugated pipe and the flange pipe during joint welding.
Until recently, automatic welding devices for joint welding two pipes have already been disclosed, but most of them are methods for joint welding two general pipes such as pipes. However, there is still no technology for welding a flange pipe and a corrugated pipe.
In the process of joint welding corrugated pipes and flange pipes, welding has traditionally been performed manually. Manual welding has limitations in welding uniformity and accuracy, has a high defect rate, and requires a long welding time. Therefore, there is a demand that automation of welding work is also necessary.
As a countermeasure to this, automatic welding technology has been developed. However, the existing automatic welding device often had poor welding quality due to insufficient pressing force on the welded area of the corrugated pipe and flange pipe. This is because the welding electrode is fixed and cannot apply sufficient pressure to the welding area.
Therefore, in order to improve this problem, we would like to propose an automatic welding device for joint welding a flange pipe and a corrugated pipe.

The
The component for rotating the
The
The
A first support groove 113-1 may be formed in the
A second support groove 114-1 may be formed in the
The first support groove 113-1 and the second support groove 114-1 may be formed to correspond to the support portion of the
Of course, it would also be possible to form the first and second support grooves in the
In addition, the
The
In addition, when the open upper part of the
A hole (drawing number not shown) is formed inside the closed
That is, the diameter of the hole is larger than the maximum diameter of the
Locking means 400 may be disposed on the other side of the
Since the radius of rotation of the welding electrode (111-1) coupled to the
The
The 1-1
The 1-2
The 2-1
The 2-2
The 1-1
Therefore, since they have the same structure but only the opposite direction, only the 1-1
The lower part of the 1-1
The lower part of the 2-1
At this time, the important thing is that the rotating welding electrode (111-1) rotates based on one central point, and the corrugated pipe (10) and the flange pipe (20) are aligned with the central axis line orthogonal to the rotation direction of the welding electrode (111-1). This should be located. Therefore, it is desirable to manufacture the
The

Figure 5a is a view showing the state in which the corrugated pipe and the flange pipe are respectively arranged in the lower body, Figure 5b is a view of the welding operation state according to the present invention, and Figure 5c is a view of the corrugated pipe and the flange pipe welded after the welding operation according to the present invention. This is a diagram showing the state of separation.
With reference to FIGS. 5A to 5C, the state of use of the automatic welding device according to the present invention described above will be described.
First, as shown in Figure 5a, the
After confirming that the welded portions of the
Thereafter, power is applied to the
Once the setting is complete, welding begins.
The welding process or whether welding is in progress can be confirmed through the
Finally, as shown in Figure 5c, when the welding work is completed, the locking means 400 is released to return the
According to the present invention described above, it can be effectively applied to joint welding the
