상기 권취롤(42)의 하측에 구비되어 권취롤(42)에서 풀려나온 완충부재(30)를 하측으로 이송하는 복수개의 하강로울러(43,44)와,
상기 권취롤(42)의 하측에 구비되며 권취롤(42)에서 풀려나온 완충부재(30)의 후측면에 절첩선(34)을 형성하는 절첩선형성수단(46)과,
상기 절첩선형성수단(46)의 상측에 구비되며 상기 권취롤(42)에서 풀려나온 완충부재(30)를 절단하는 절단수단(48)과,
상기 본체(41)의 후방 일측에 구비되어 상기 내부봉투(20)를 투입구(21)가 후방을 향하도록 공급하는 내부봉투공급수단(50)과,
상기 본체(41)에 구비되며 상기 내부봉투공급수단(50)에 의해 공급된 내부봉투(20)를 전방으로 이송하여 내부봉투(20)의 전단부가 상기 완충부재(30)에 의해 형성된 절첩선(34)에 맞닿아 완충부재(30)의 중간부를 전방으로 밀어내도록 하는 복수개의 전방이송로울러(61,62)와,
상기 전방이송로울러(61,62)의 사이에 위치되어 상기 전방이송로울러(61,62)에 의해 전방으로 이송되는 내부봉투(20)의 상하면에 접착제를 도포하는 접착제도포수단(70)과,
상기 본체(41)에 상기 완충부재(30)가 하강되는 위치의 전방에 구비되며 상기 내부봉투(20)에 의해 전방으로 밀려난 완충부재(30)의 상하면에 밀착되어 완충부재(30)가 내부봉투(20)의 상하면에 밀착되도록 가압하는 상하측 가압로울러(81,82)를 포함하며,
상기 전방이송로울러(61,62)의 둘레면에는 상기 내부봉투(20)의 상하면 양측에 밀착되는 돌출부(61a,62a)가 형성되고,
상기 접착제도포수단(70)은
상기 본체(41)에 회전가능하게 구비되며 상기 내부봉투(20)의 상하면 중앙부에 밀착되는 상하측도포로울러(71,72)와,
상기 하측도포로울러(72)의 하측에 구비되며 내부에는 접착제가 저장된 접착제통(74)과,
상기 접착제통(74)에서 상기 상측도포로울러(71)의 상측으로 연장된 공급관(75)과,
상기 공급관(75)에 구비되어 접착제통(74)에 저장된 접착제가 공급관(75)을 통해 상측도포로울러(71)로 공급되도록 하는 공급펌프(76)를 포함하여 구성되는 접착장치(A)에 의해
내부봉투(20)의 전후면과 하측둘레부를 덮도록 내부봉투(20)의 외측면에 완충부재(30)를 접착고정하는 단계와,
상기 완충부재(30)가 접착고정된 내부봉투(20)의 전후면 상단에 형성된 접착부(24)에 접착제를 도포하는 단계와,
접착제가 도포된 내부봉투(20)를 외부봉투(10)의 내부에 삽입하고 상기 내부봉투(20)의 접착부(24)가 상기 외부봉투(10)의 내측면에 접착고정 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중봉투 제조방법.
