Claims (10)
- 라만스펙트럼을 활용한 혈당 측정 장치에 있어서,
내부 수용 공간을 형성하는 하우징;
상기 하우징 내에 배치되며, 피검체에 광을 조사하는 광원부;
상기 하우징 내에 배치되며, 피검체로부터 반사 또는 산란된 광을 수신하여 라만스펙트럼을 획득하는 수광부; 및
상기 하우징 내에 배치되며, 피검체에 대한 글루코스, 단백질 및 지방의 라만스펙트럼 범위가 상이하여 각 범위의 피크 면적값을 통해 상기 피검체에 대한 글루코스, 단백질 및 지방 정보를 추출하는 프로세서를 포함하고,
상기 수광부는,
서로 다른 파장대역의 빛을 투과시키는 복수의 광필터를 포함하는 필터 어레이; 또는 필터의 영역별로 통과시키는 빛의 파장대가 상이한 선형가변필터를 포함하며,
상기 수광부는,
상기 필터 어레이 또는 상기 선형가변필터를 일방향으로 이송시키는 필터 이송부; 및
상기 필터 어레이 또는 선형가변필터를 통과한 빛을 수신하여 전기신호로 변환하는 광수신부를 포함하며,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 혈당 측정 장치가 구동을 시작하거나, 사용자의 신체에 재착용되는 경우,상기 광원부 및 상기 수광부를 제어하어 캘리브레이션을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라만스펙트럼을 활용한 혈당 측정 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캘리브레이션 수행 시 상기 프로세서는,
소정 시간동안 소정 출력으로 빛이 출력되도록 상기 광원부를 제어하고,
상기 소정 시간동안 상기 수광부를 통해 획득된 라만스펙트럼 중 소정 라만 전이값에 대응되는 피크를 기준으로, 혈당 측정 시 상기 광원부의 광량 및 노출시간을 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라만스펙트럼을 활용한 혈당 측정 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
외부 단말기와 데이터를 송수신하도록 이루어지는 통신부를 더 포함하고,
상기 캘리브레이션 수행 시 상기 광원부의 최대 출력 및 최대 노출시간에 도달하더라도 상기 소정 라만 전이값에 대응되는 라만신호 세기가 기준값에 도달하지 않는 경우,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 외부 단말기로 에러 메시지가 송신되도록 상기 통신부를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라만스펙트럼을 활용한 혈당 측정 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 소정 라만 전이값에 대응되는 라만신호 세기는 1450cm-1의 피크에 대한 세기인 것을 특징으로 하는 라만스펙트럼을 활용한 혈당 측정 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 수광부는,
피검체에서 반사 또는 산란된 빛을 파장대별로 분산시키는 회절 격자; 및
상기 회절 격자에서 회절된 빛을 수신하여 전기신호로 변환하는 광검출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라만스펙트럼을 활용한 혈당 측정 장치. - 삭제

상기 하우징은 피검체와 접촉하는 접촉면을 구비하며,
상기 접촉면은 상기 광원부에서 발광된 빛이 상기 혈당 측정 장치 외부로 방출되도록 하고, 피검체에서 반사 또는 산란된 빛이 상기 혈당 측정 장치 내부로 들어오도록 하는 홀을 포함하고,
상기 홀은 상기 접촉면 중앙부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라만스펙트럼을 활용한 혈당 측정 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 하우징과 결합되어, 상기 하우징을 사용자의 신체에 고정시키는 밴드; 및
상기 밴드에 탈착 가능하도록 형성되는 배터리를 더 포함하는 라만스펙트럼을 활용한 혈당 측정 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 교체 중 상기 혈당 측정 장치가 오프 상태로 전환되지 않도록 하고, 상기 하우징 내에 배치되는 보조 배터리를 더 포함하는 라만스펙트럼을 활용한 혈당 측정 장치.
