Claims (94)
- 알로스테릭 CRFR1 수용체 길항제인 화합물로서, 상기 화합물은

포유동물에서 질환의 위험을 감소시키거나, 그 심각성을 약화시키거나 또는 그의 진행 또는 발병을 지연시키는 치료를 위한 것이고, 상기 질환이 알츠하이머병, 뇌혈관성 치매, 파킨슨병, 헌팅턴병, 뇌 아밀로이드 혈관병증, 근위축성 측삭 경화증 (ALS), 외상성 뇌 손상 (TBI), 및 뇌졸중으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 질환인 약제학적 조성물. - 청구항 1 내지 4 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물 또는
청구항 1 내지 4 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물 및 약제학적으로 허용가능한 담체 또는 부형제를 포함하는 약제학적 제형
을 포함하는 약제학적 조성물로서,
포유동물에서 알츠하이머 전 상태 및/또는 인지 기능이상의 발병을 예방 또는 지연시키거나, 및/또는 알츠하이머 전 상태 및/또는 인지 기능이상의 1개 이상의 증상을 완화시키거나, 또는 알츠하이머 전 상태 또는 알츠하이머병에 대한 인지 기능이상의 진행을 예방 또는 지연시키는 치료를 위한 것인 약제학적 조성물. - 청구항 10에 있어서, 포유동물은 인간인 약제학적 조성물.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 포유동물은 경도 인지 손상 (MCI)을 갖는 것으로서 진단되고/되거나, 상기 화합물의 투여는 알츠하이머병에 대한 MCI의 진행을 지연 또는 예방하는 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 질환은 알츠하이머병이고/이거나, 포유동물은 알츠하이머병을 앓는 것으로 진단된 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 포유동물은 알츠하이머병을 발현할 위험에 처하거나, 또는 포유동물은 알츠하이머병을 앓을 가족성 위험이 있거나, 또는 포유동물이 가족성 알츠하이머병 (FAD) 돌연변이를 가지거나, 또는 포유동물이 APOE ε4 대립유전자를 가진 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 포유동물은 베타-아밀로이드 플라크의 형성과 관련되지 않거나 또는 그를 특징으로 하지 않는 신경적 장애에 대한 유전적 위험 인자가 없고 그 인자를 갖지 않거나; 또는 포유동물은 정신분열증 또는 다른 신경정신 장애를 앓거나 또는 그 위험이 있는 것으로 진단되지 않거나; 또는 포유동물은 알츠하이머병 이외의 다른 신경 질환 또는 장애를 갖지 않거나; 또는 포유동물은 알츠하이머병 이외의 다른 신경 질환 또는 장애를 갖는 것으로 진단되지 않거나 또는 그럴 위험이 있는 것으로 진단되지 않는 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 1개 이상의 증상의 치료는 Tau, 포스포-Tau (pTau), APPneo, 가용성 Aβ40 및 가용성 Aβ42 로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 성분의 CSF 수준의 감소를 포함하거나; 또는 상기 1개 이상의 증상의 치료는 포유동물의 뇌에서 플라크 부하의 감소를 포함하거나; 또는 상기 1개 이상의 증상의 치료는 포유동물의 뇌에서 플라크 형성 속도의 감소를 포함하거나; 또는 상기 1개 이상의 증상의 치료는 포유동물의 인지 능력의 개선을 포함하거나; 또는 포유동물은 인간이고 상기 1개 이상의 증상의 치료는 인간에 의한 삶의 질의 감지된 개선을 포함하는 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 화합물은 경피 전달, 에어로졸 투여, 흡입을 통한 투여, 경구 투여, 정맥내 투여, 및 직장 투여로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 경로를 통한 투여를 위해 제형화되는 것인 약제학적 조성물.
