The horizontal portion 106 may be provided substantially horizontally with the bottom wall 104 .

According to the spirit of the present invention, the washing machine may further include a packing member 300 provided between the upper surface of the balancer and the auxiliary washing tub to provide frictional force.

The packing member 300 may be provided between the upper surface of the support rib 93 and the lower surface of the horizontal portion 106 . The packing member 300 may be attached to the lower surface of the seating part 105 . Specifically, it may be attached to the lower surface of the horizontal portion 106 .

The packing member 300 may be provided in a ring shape. Since the seating portion 105 is formed along the upper circumference of the basket portion 102, the packing member 300 attached to the lower surface of the seating portion 105 may have a ring shape.

The packing member 300 may be made of a rubber material. Since the packing member 300 is made of a rubber material, frictional force between the auxiliary washing tub 100 and the main washing tub 30 may be increased. When the frictional force between the auxiliary washing tub 100 and the main washing tub 30 increases, when the main washing tub 30 rotates, the auxiliary washing tub 100 can be prevented from relatively rotating.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the packing member 300 includes a contact portion 310 in contact with the upper surface of the support rib 93, an extension portion 320 extending downward from one end of the contact portion 310, and an extension It may include a first protrusion 331 and a second protrusion 332 protruding toward the inner surface of the support rib 93 from the portion.

The contact part 310 may be attached to the lower surface of the horizontal part 106, and the extension part 320 may be attached to the outer surface of the vertical part 107.

A protrusion 96 may be provided on an inner surface of the support rib 93 . The protrusion 96 may be fitted between the contact portion 310 and the second protrusion 332 . Through this, frictional force between the auxiliary washing tub 100 and the main washing tub 30 may increase.

As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 , a washing machine according to another embodiment of the present invention may include a first tooth portion 350 and a second tooth portion 360 .

The first toothed portion 350 and the second toothed portion 360 may be provided to be engaged with each other. The first tooth portion 350 and the second tooth portion 360 may prevent relative rotation of the auxiliary washing tub 100 and the main washing tub 30 .

The first toothed portion 350 may be formed on an inner surface of the first toothed member 351 . The first tooth member 351 may be coupled to the support rib 93 . When the first tooth member 351 is coupled to the support rib 93, the first tooth portion 350 may be provided on an inner surface of the support rib 93. Alternatively, the first tooth portion 350 may be directly formed on the inner surface of the support rib 93 without a separate first tooth member 351 .

The second tooth portion 360 may be provided along the circumference of the seating portion 105 . The second tooth portion 360 may be formed in a direction extending downward from the seating portion 105 .

As shown in FIG. 10 , the first tooth portion 350 and the second tooth portion 360 may be engaged. When the first toothed portion 350 and the second toothed portion 360 are engaged, the auxiliary washing tub 100 and the main washing tub 30 may rotate together without relative rotation. That is, it is possible to prevent the auxiliary washing tub 100 from relatively rotating with respect to the main washing tub 30 .

11 is a view showing a first toothed portion and a second toothed portion developed.

As shown in (a) of FIG. 11 , the first tooth portion 350 and the second tooth portion 360 may be provided to have a streamlined tooth shape. Alternatively, as shown in (b) of FIG. 11 , the first tooth portion 350 and the second tooth portion 360 may be provided to have substantially trapezoidal teeth. That is, it may be provided with polygonal teeth.

The shape of these teeth is merely an example and may be provided in various shapes, including a sawtooth shape.
