상기 커버본체의 안감의 내측면 또는 외측면에 배열되는 발열부재; 및
상기 커버본체에 구비되고 상기 발열부재에 연결되어 상기 발열부재의 작동을 제어하는 컨트롤러;를 포함하고,
상기 커버본체의 겉감은 방수원단 또는 방수코팅 처리된 원단으로 형성되고, 상기 커버본체의 안감은 알루미늄박 시트 또는 알루미늄박이 적층된 원단으로 형성되며, 상기 커버본체의 겉감과 안감은 일체로 접합처리되고,
