Claims (7)

담배연기를 정화하기 위한 흡연부스에 있어서,
상기 흡연부스의 상측과 상, 하 또는 좌, 우의 양측면에 배치되어 상기 흡연부스의 일부 측면이 개방되도록 하며, 일측에 구비되는 접이힌지를 통해 접혀지거나 펼쳐지는 복수의 프레임;
상기 복수의 프레임이 연결될 때 발생되는 하나 이상의 프레임 공간마다 설치되어 상기 흡연부스 내의 담배연기가 상기 프레임 공간을 통해 상기 흡연부스의 외부로 확산되는 것을 차단하기 위한 복수의 패널; 및
상기 흡연부스의 상측에 위치되는 복수의 프레임에 설치되어 상기 흡연부스 내의 담배연기가 본체에 형성된 흡입구를 통해 흡입될 때, 상기 담배연기를 정화하여 정화공기를 생성하는 공기정화부;를 포함하고,
상기 공기정화부는,
상기 흡입구를 통해 흡입되는 담배연기에 포함된 먼지와 같은 이물질을 흡착하는 프리필터;
상기 프리필터에 의해 이물질이 제거된 담배연기의 유해가스를 흡착하는 활성탄필터;
상기 활성탄필터에 의해 유해가스가 제거된 담배연기의 미세먼지 및 바이러스를 흡착하는 헤파필터;
상기 헤파필터에 의해 미세먼지와 바이러스가 제거된 담배연기를 자외선으로 살균처리하여 정화공기를 생성하는 자외선 살균램프;
일단이 상기 본체의 측면에 형성되는 배출구와 연결되어 상기 배출구를 통해 배출되는 정화공기가 내부에 유입되며, 상기 정화공기가 타단에서 배출된 후 개방된 상기 흡연부스의 일부 측면을 거쳐 상기 흡연부스 내의 하측으로 이동되도록 하기 위한 형상을 가지는 덕트;
상기 덕트 내에 설치되어 상기 덕트의 일단으로 유입되는 정화공기를 상기 덕트의 타단으로 이동시키기 위한 가이드 베인; 및
상기 덕트의 타단에 설치되며, 상기 정화공기의 배출을 위한 공기통과구가 하나 이상 형성되는 슬릿;을 포함하고,
상기 공기통과구를 통과한 후 개방된 상기 흡연부스의 일부 측면을 거쳐 상기 흡연부스 내의 하측으로 이동되는 정화공기를 통해 상기 흡연부스 내에 잔존하는 담배연기의 확산과 상기 흡연부스 내로 오염물질이 포함된 외부공기의 유입을 차단하며,
상기 흡입구는, 상기 본체의 하측에 하나 이상 형성되며 상기 담배연기의 흡입유속이 5.2 m/s 이상이 되도록 개수, 길이 및 폭이 설정되고,
상기 배출구는, 상기 본체의 측면에 하나 이상 형성되며 상기 정화공기의 배출유속이 2.5 m/s 이상이 되도록 개수, 길이 및 폭이 설정되며,
상기 자외선 살균램프는, UV-C의 자외선을 발산시키는 램프와 상기 램프로부터 발산되는 자외선을 투과시켜 자외선 조사 영역을 확산시키는 석영관이 구비되며, 상기 자외선 조사 영역을 더 확산시키기 위해 복수로 구비되고,
상기 덕트는, 상기 정화공기가 상기 흡연부스의 하측을 향해 이동되도록 유도하기 위해 'ㄱ'자의 형상을 가지며,
