As such, the present invention provides a separation structure formed to separate two or more distribution cables at a predetermined interval, and fixes/releases the positions of the distribution cables separated by the separation structure by the elastic force of a torsion spring, It is possible to reduce the work burden of a worker for fixing the distribution cable, and to fix/release the position of the distribution cables spaced within the separation structure only by contracting or tensioning the torsion spring, thereby fixing/releasing the distribution cable. It is possible to minimize working time, thereby minimizing the time during which workers are exposed to risks such as falls or electric shocks, thereby providing a safe working environment to workers.
