그리고, 실리콘 전극(13)은 평탄한 금속 배선(12)에 직접 형성되며, 비교적 높게 구성된 정전기 전극을 설치할 수 있어, 마이크로 소자에 대해 일정한 강도의 흡착력을 생성하며, 일정한 높이의 정전기 전극이 그와 인접한 마이크로 소자에 대한 정전기 흡착 영향은 비교적 작다. 요철 구조에 금속 배선을 형성하여 정전기 전극을 구성하는 방식에서, 요철 구조는 너무 높아서는 안되며, 그렇지 않을 경우 금속 배선에 불리하다. 따라서, 본 실시예에서 사용한 실리콘 전극은 구조가 간단할 뿐만아니라 공정이 간단하며 마이크로 소자에 대한 흡착 면에서 더 고효율적이고 안정적이다. 또한, 본 실시예의 전사 장치는 금속 배선을 통해 전극 구동 유닛을 구성하여 실리콘 전극 각각을 제어하도록 하며, 금속 배선 즉 전극 구동 유닛으로 전압을 인가할 경우, 실리콘 전극은 정전기 흡착력을 형성하여 마이크로 소자를 픽업한다. 본 실시예의 전사 장치의 전극 구동 유닛 각각은 별도로 제어할 수 있으며, 즉 실리콘 전극 각각은 독립적으로 구동할 수 있으며, 따라서 마이크로 소자를 선택적으로 픽업 또는 릴리스하는 것을 구현할 수 있다.
