자전거의 잠금장치를 이용하여 실종자를 추적하는 장치로서,
실종자 추적을 위한 비콘을 발급하며, 실종자 정보 입력 시 실종자 비콘 정보를 자전거 관리서버에 등록하는 실종자 정보 등록처리부;
상기 실종자 정보 등록처리부에서 등록된 실종자 비콘 정보를 저장하고, 자전거에 탑재된 자전거 잠금장치로 실종자 정보를 전송하여 추적 명령을 발생하며, 상기 자전거 잠금장치로부터 실종자 추적정보가 수신되면 이를 연동하는 관계기관 서버에 전송하는 자전거 관리서버; 및
상기 자전거 관리서버로부터 전송된 실종자 추적 정보를 저장하고, 수신된 비콘 정보와 상기 저장한 실종자 추적 정보를 비교하여 일치하는 비콘 정보의 수신시 해당 비콘 정보와 현재 위치정보를 조합하여 실종자 추적정보를 생성하여 상기 자전거 관리서버에 전송해주는 자전거 잠금장치를 포함하고,
상기 자전거 관리서버는,
상기 실종자 정보 등록처리부에서 등록된 실종자 비콘 정보를 수신하는 실종자 비콘정보 수신부; 상기 실종자 비콘정보 수신부에서 수신한 실종자 비콘 정보를 정보 데이터베이스에 실종자 정보로 등록하는 실종자 정보 등록부; 상기 실종자 정보 등록부에서 등록한 실종자 비콘 정보를 상기 자전거 잠금장치에 전송하고, 상기 자전거 잠금장치로부터 전송된 실종자 추적정보를 수신하는 자전거 잠금장치 인터페이스; 상기 자전거 잠금장치 인터페이스를 통해 수신한 정보 중 실종자 추적 정보만을 실종자 정보로 추출하는 실종자 정보 추출부; 및 상기 실종자 정보 추출부에서 추출한 실종자 정보를 관계기관 서버에 전송하는 관계기관 연동부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자전거의 잠금장치를 이용한 실종자 추적장치.
