Claims (3)

조리기구의 배기가스가 유입되는 유입구(110)와 배출구(120)가 형성되며, 주방기구의 후드(400)로부터 배출되는 주방배기가스 중 유증기 및 미세먼지를 물필터(130)로 제거하여 정화된 공기를 배출하는 유증기 및 미세먼지정화부(100)와;
상기 물필터(130)에 물을 공급하고 공급된 물이 분사된 후 다시 회수되는 물탱크(200)와;
상기 물을 순환시키는 펌프(300);로 구성되는 것으로,
상기 물필터(130)는 원형판(131)으로부터 물이 분사되는 방식인 것이며, 상기 후드(400)는 유증기 및 미세먼지정화부와 닥트로 연결되되 닥트에는 팬브로워(1)가 설치되어 유증기 및 미세먼지를 후드로부터 흡입하여 미세먼지정화부로 배출시키는 주방배기 설비인 후드와 연결되는 유증기 및 미세먼지 제거장치에 있어서,
상기 물필터(130) 원형판(131)은 반지름방향으로 구멍이 형성되어 물이 분사되되, 원주방향 전체에 구멍들이 형성됨으로써 공기진행방향에 직각으로 360°로 물이 분사되어 물로된 차단막형상이 됨으로써 배기가스가 물에 온전히 닿게 되며 유증기 및 미세먼지가 필터링되는 것이며,
상기 원형판(131)은 유증기 및 미세먼지흐름방향에 대하여 전후방으로 다수개가 설치되며, 원형판을 회전시켜 접촉효율을 증대시키는 것으로, 원형판 회전은 전방 원형판의 후면 또는 후방 원형판의 전면에 유선형 날개모양의 홈을 방사상으로 다수개 형성하여, 수압에 의해 회전되게 하며,
원형판(131) 노즐의 분사압은 원형판(131)과 원형판(131)사이의 중간축에 순차적으로 결합되는 길이가 짧은 원통형상의 물분사 수압조절수단의 개수로 원형판의 간격을 조절하는 것으로 개수가 많이 결합되면 이격거리가 증가되는 것이며,
다수개의 물필터를 선택적 제어할 수 있는 것으로 제어기의 제어부는 저장부에 저장된 조리기구의 조리대상에 따라 물필터의 구동개수를 선택하는 것이며,배출구에 유해가스센서와 미세먼지 감지센서를 설치하여 측정값을 센서는 제어부에 전송하고 제어부는 측정값이 설정치를 초과하면, 물필터 모두를 가동하게 하되, 모두 가동해도 수치가 떨어지지 않거나 계속 증가하면 제어부는 장치의 고장으로 판단하여 시스템의 가동을 중지하고, 알림문자를 관리자의 스마트폰에 전송하여 조치토록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 후드와 연결되는 유증기 및 미세먼지 제거장치
