Claims (3)

전자기기용 딥드로잉 소켓 커넥터에 있어서;
딥드로잉쉘(10)과 소켓몰드부(20), 쉘몰드지지수단, 접속단자부(40), 몰드지지플레이트(50), 하부하우징(61), 상부하우징(62) 및 쉘밀림지지부(62a)로 구성하되:
상기 딥드로잉쉘(10)은 소켓커넥터의 커넥터 결합부를 형성할 수 있게 구비되고;
상기 소켓몰드부(20)는 딥드로잉쉘(10)에 전기적 결합관계에 있어 절연이 유지되도록 결합되게 구비되며;
상기 소켓몰드부(20)는 플러그커넥터와 전기적접속되는 접속단자의 접속부의 지지를 위하여 접속부를 부분 인서트 지지하는 접속몰드부(21)와 휴대단말기에 실장되는 접속단자의 실장부의 지지를 위하여 실장부를 부분 인서트 지지하는 실장몰드부(22) 및 상기 접속몰드부(21)와 실장몰드부(22) 사이에 형성되는 포팅충진부(23)로 구성되고;
상기 쉘몰드지지수단은 딥드로잉쉘과 소켓몰드부의 접촉면적을 극대화하여 딥드로잉쉘에 의하여 소켓몰드부의 상하 지지력을 높일 수 있게 구비되되,
상기 쉘몰드지지수단은 소켓몰드부의 접속몰드부(21) 상하부 양측에 요입된 측면접촉요입부(31a)를 형성하고 소켓몰드부의 접속몰드부(21) 상하부 중앙에 요입된 중앙접촉요입부(31b)를 형성하며, 딥드로잉쉘(10)의 상하부 양측에 상기 측면접촉요입부(31a)에 대응하여 맞물림되어 결합 접촉면적을 최대화하는 쉘측면접촉돌출부쉘(32a)을 형성하고, 딥드로잉쉘(10)의 상하부 중앙에 중앙접촉요입부(31b)에 대응하여 맞물림되어 결합 접촉면적을 최대화 하는 쉘중앙접촉돌기부(32b)를 형성하여 구성하며;
상기 접속단자부(40)는 소켓몰드부에 일부분이 인서트결속되어 결합되는 플러그커넥터와 전기적 접속이 이루어지게 구비되고;
상기 몰드지지플레이트(50)는 소켓몰드부(20)에 결합되어 지지력과 몰드의 후방밀림을 지지할 수 있게 구비되되,
상기 몰드지지플레이트(50)는 소켓몰드부(20)의 실장몰드부(22) 양측에 하부로 관통형성된 결속관통공(22a)에 관통 결합되어 휴대단말기에 실장되는 실장지지발(51)과 상기 양측 실장지지발(51)의 사이에서 소켓몰드부(20)의 실장몰드부(22) 상면에 안착되게 형성되는 몰드안착부(52) 및 상기 몰드안착부몰드안착부하부로 절곡되어 소켓몰드부(20)의 실장몰드부(22)가 후방으로 밀리지 않게 실장몰드부(22)의 후단을 지지할 수 있게 형성된 몰드지지판(53)으로 구성되며;
상기 실장몰드부(22)의 상부 양측에는 포팅되는 실링제에 의하여 몰드지지플레이트(50)의 몰드안착판이 실장몰드부(22)와 결속되도록 실링제가 충진되는 결속실링충진홈(22b)을 형성하며;
상기 하부하우징(61)은 딥드로잉쉘(10)의 하부에 딥드로잉쉘과 소켓몰드부의 후단 측 하부를 커버할 수 있게 구비되고;
상기 상부하우징(62)은 딥드로잉쉘(10)의 상부에 딥드로잉쉘과 소켓몰드부의 후단 측 상부를 커버할 수 있게 구비되며;
상기 쉘밀림지지부(62a)는 상부하우징(62)의 후단 중앙측에 딥드로잉쉘과 몰드지지플레이트(50)의 밀림을 지지할 수 있도록 하부로 절곡 형성되되,
상기 쉘밀림지지부(62a)는 상부하우징(62)의 중앙을 절개한 후 절개된 양측을 하부로 절곡형성하고, 딥드로잉쉘에는 상기 쉘밀림지지부(62a)가 관통하고 지지할 수 있게 절개형성한 쉘지지절개부(11)를 형성하며, 몰드지지플레이트(50)의 몰드지지판(53) 양측에 쉘지지절개부(11)를 관통한 쉘밀림지지부(62a)가 몰드지지플레이트(50)의 몰드안착부(52)를 지지할 수 있게 형성한 플레이트지지절개부(54)를 형성하고;
