Description
The present invention relates to a power connection terminal of a planar heating element capable of increasing the stability of fastening between the planar heating element and an external power source.
Ordinary surface heating elements that generate heat when electricity is applied are hygienic as they do not pollute the air, are easy to control the temperature, and do not generate noise, so mats or pads, bed mattresses, warming blankets or blankets, apartments or general houses that require heat It is widely used in residential heating systems, etc.
In addition, heating devices for commercial buildings such as offices and stores, industrial heating devices such as workshops, warehouses, and barracks, and various industrial heating devices, agricultural facilities such as vinyl houses and agricultural product drying systems, and preventing snow melting or freezing on roads and parking lots It is also used for various anti-freezing devices that can be used for leisure, cold protection, home appliances, anti-fog devices for mirrors or glass, health aids, and livestock.
These planar heating elements are manufactured in large quantities and sold in the form of rolls, and are installed inside various finishing materials to generate heat. It is common for users to cut them to fit the size during construction.
In order for the above-mentioned "planar" heating element to generate heat, power necessary for the operation of the "planar" heating element must be applied, and power is applied to the plane heating element by connecting the external power line and the electrode of the plane heating element.
In the past, a method of connecting the electrode of the planar heating element with an external wire through soldering after partially exposing it, or a method of connecting the electrode of the planar heating element and the external wire using a rivet was used.
However, the existing connection method through soldering may cause damage to the exposed electrode, and also has a problem in that the area around the electrode is damaged or deformed due to heat generated during the soldering process, thereby deteriorating electrical stability.
In addition, the existing connection method using rivets has a problem in that connection failure occurs due to external wires or electrodes being removed from the rivets due to complicated assembly processes or damage to the rivets or external shocks, and this causes power supply efficiency to the plane heating element. this has been lowered

In addition, the power connection terminal of the present invention is pressurized by the pressurizing portion of the planar heating element, so that the contact pattern of the connecting portion and the electrode part of the planar heating element are in close contact, so that the power supply efficiency from the power plug to the planar heating element can be increased.
In addition, in the power connection terminal of the present invention, the upper case and the lower case of the housing are closely attached to each other and fastened by an O-ring, thereby preventing foreign substances such as moisture from penetrating into the joint gap between the upper case and the lower case, thereby preventing electrical stability of the planar heating element. can improve
