Abstract

The present invention relates to a metal panel. The metal panel comprises a body (11) having a reinforcement part formed in a longitudinal direction, a first connection part (20) formed on one side of the body (11), and a second connection part (30) formed on the other side to be coupled to a first connection part (20) of an adjacent metal panel (10) such that sandwich panels (60) at both ends are coupled when the sandwich panels (60) having an insulator formed apart from the metal panel (10) are manufactured. Therefore, when the sandwich panels (60) using the metal panel (10) are manufactured, the sandwich panels (60) on both sides can be simply coupled, which can lead to an effect of shortening the manufacturing time while enabling continuous manufacturing work based on automated production, and also, when the sandwich panels (60) on both sides are coupled, the occurrence of a gap can be minimized, which provides excellent airtightness.

That is, the first connection part 20 and the second connection part ( 30) is closely coupled to minimize the gap between the adjacent metal panels 10, so that when the sandwich panels 60 are bonded to each other to be described later, the airtightness is excellent.

In addition, when the metal panel 10 is coupled, the inclined portions 23, 25, 33, and 35 are formed so as to narrow in the direction in which the first connecting portion 20 and the second connecting portion 30 are coupled, so that fitting and coupling are easy. It is easy, and as the inclined portions 23 and 25 of the first connecting portion 20 come into close contact with the inclined portions 33 and 35 of the second connecting portion 20, the airtightness increases.

Furthermore, when the first connection part 20 and the second connection part 30 are coupled, the fitting between the fitting part 24 of the first connection part 20 and the coupling part 36 of the second connection part 30, the second connection part ( 20) of the protruding portion 31 and the coupling space portion 26 of the first connection portion 20 by the inclined portion 23, 25, 33, 35 formed in an oblique line so that the fitting is gradually narrowed at the entrance side. As the fitting is easy, the sandwich panel 60 can be manufactured continuously by the manufacturing device, so that mass production is possible.
